Why wouldn't you?

Hand cable installer box at time of install, register modem on line and start saving money every month. Plus, since this modem exceeds the specs of the one I would have gotten at rental, I have faster upload and download speeds than I'm "supposed" to get. Woot!

Works great. No problems. Bought a tablet and home security and replace this with Netgear 21 router/modem. It works great also.
