The Arris is absolutely great, works great, no problem ever, and think it is great value for the price.

Simple but a bit outdated

I also found out later from Comcast that it may not support any upgrades to my Internet service so I won't be able to take advantage of increased upload/download speeds they may offer in the future. I should have gotten the next generation unit instead.
