I was using a first generation Motorola surfboard and it simply could not handle the band width of the Internet I was paying for. The young man at the store was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was asking for when I related what the cable company told me in vague terms. Great kid.

great modem

We now have had it installed for 2 months & have experienced no problems. For the price, the modem is a great deal.

Great modern at a really good price
