No problems hooked up fine and after calling cable company worked great.

I purchased this modem at the suggestion of a best buy employee. It was easy to install and supports fast internet service. The supported phone line works as well as my previous land line. The monthly savings from the cable company charges will pay for the modem in 7 months.

Works fine for my needs. The modem is on the Cox Communication network.

Just to start off had a modem router combo that quit working...replaced with a separate modem and router which cost less than the combo and allows you to change one piece if something goes down.

I was tired of paying the $8 modem rental fee that TWC charges. Then they bumped it to $10 per month, and I was done. That's highway robbery. So I researched and picked this modem. I did a speed test before I swapped the modems and the TWC modem was running at around 32mbps (on a "Up to 50 mbps" plan). After plugging this modem in and setting it up with TWC support, it ran at a steady 52-55mbps. Finally I was happy with a service from TWC, and I'll be saving money in a few months time.

This modem works wonderfully with Xfinity. Was able to connect easily and quickly. Worth noting that it does not have voice support so if you're getting a service that also includes a land line you'll want to get a different modem, but for Internet (and TV) it works great.

It's sounds silly but we had no idea our modem was so outdated. This simple, easy to install, sale-priced modem increased our effective internet speed ten-fold!

Switched from Uverse (overpriced, slow) to Time Warner. Wanted my own modem. This was certified for use with their system. It's fast and easy to setup. Very good unit.

Tired of paying TWC a rental fee for their modem. Easy to install. Had to call TWC to get them to authorize this modem.

Im not big into Motorola but since my ISP doesn't have Cisco on their compatibility list for Docsis 3.0, I had no choice. I am happy enough to say it doesn't matter to me its a Motorola cuz it gets the job done, doubling my speeds which is great but since again, of our ISP, on a plan on 50 down 2 up, I am only able to suck out about 6 down on downloads, ups vary more often. Which this doesnt help in the streaming community. Would recommend, was on the cheaper end of the 3.0 models and it didn't take long to get setup.

Looks great, easy to install. Fast. We have it hooked up to the Skystream 3 and there isn't any buffering so far. Will work with Cox Cable

Installed with no issues...getting my support speed. These cable modems are such simple devices that I don't understand their high prices. These used to cost in the $35 range, now they are sometimes hundreds. And with that cost, you would think there would be a simple on/off button somewhere.
