got it to replace my cable company rental, much faster and reliable

I needed a new modem when the one from my ISP failed. This one is sleek, fast, easy to set up (or program yourself for optimum use). Super price as well !!

This was easy to install. I called Comcast and had them walk me through the process. It was up and running in about 15 minutes. My previous modem was quite fast so I didn't notiice much faster web page loads. What I do see is less fighting between my two sons. They both like to game at the same time. With the old modem, everything slowed down. With the new modem, they can both play high bandwidth games simultaeneously without any slowdown. I also like not paying $8 a month to rent the older not as good modem.

Believe it to be as professionally reviewed elsewhere, but until my ISP pushes the limits stated in its specs I can't in good conscience give it 5 stars. Certainly worth 4 stars just because it will pay for itself in 1 year and I won't be renting someone else's lesser spec'd equipment forever.

Upgraded modem in less than ten minutes. Speed seams good, no issues.

This cable modem is very easy to setup and get going, just a phone call to give Comcast the MAC and you are up and running. Was able to tell difference immediately in speed.

I am a newbie at this kind of stuff but it was easy to install and use.

Really easy to set up. Took it out of the package, plugged it in, registered the product.... Easy as pie. Works great as well.

The modem is highly recommended by others so I took a chance when it was on sale, and I need to replace my rented one from cox, so far it works fine, setup was easy, and speed seems to be on par with the current one I have.

I had a previous Motorola modem that was hit by lightening. When it came to buying and selecting another replacement modem, I stayed with the Motorola product. This time I bought the extended warranty to cover my purchase for two years in case lightening strikes twice.

Definitely better than renting a modem. So far it is working great!

I bought this so I can get rid of Cox cable so I can have my own equipment and I will be very happy of not paying each month for their stuff I’m happy with it for all the stuff that I buy with Best Buy they have good things and good warranty .

I had to upgrade my previous modem for something that was capable of handling my new increased internet speed. This worked very well! So far no issues!

This item works well and its small and easily hidden except for the very bright blue light that beams out the side and front of it. I have to cover it with a towel to keep the blue light from lighting up a dark room.

Had to replace modem for Wave. Great value works good.

I purchased this modem to stop paying rent to the cable company. It installed easily and works well. I chose it on recommendation of the Best Buy associate.
