I had to upgrade my previous modem for something that was capable of handling my new increased internet speed. This worked very well! So far no issues!

Now the only slowdown is based upon the speed of my isp and not the bottleneck at the modem. Had a motorola surfboard modem before and with 10 devices, ipod,ipad, imac, macbook pro, roku, appletv, iphone, tivo, and kindle fire, the surfboard was the weak link. Now with the multiple downstreams that this provides things are much smoother. One 5 minute call with Cox Communications to register it in their system was all it took.

I bought this so I can get rid of Cox cable so I can have my own equipment and I will be very happy of not paying each month for their stuff I’m happy with it for all the stuff that I buy with Best Buy they have good things and good warranty .

This item works well and its small and easily hidden except for the very bright blue light that beams out the side and front of it. I have to cover it with a towel to keep the blue light from lighting up a dark room.

It is great if you already have a high speed router. If not they offer a combo with is very good. The price for this product is very good. High quality for reasonable price.

We replaced our old router. It was perfect for our needs and it was quick and easy to install. It ended our delays our old router was giving us with our smart tv connection.

Bought this modem a month ago and haven't had any problems yet. We have multiple gamers in our household and our modem would frequently get overloaded interrupting internet service for the entire household making us reset both the modem and the router. Since installing the new modem, we have yet to have any issues with our internet heavy family. I highly recommend.

Seems to do a good job, I only have 25mbps service with Comcast and we regularly see over 30mbps. Our old Motorola DOCSIS 2.0 modem was pretty good but this modem performs better probably do to more send and receive channels.

Easy install and good brand name. Green lights need to be brighter.

If you have a basic lower-tier cable internet connection, this is a good, basic modem. Easy to set up, fast enough for most uses. Good quality modem.

Was required to get a Dociss 3.0 modem. After reading the reviews, went with this one. Easy set up and has been working great.

After much research, picked this modem for my 150M Cox Cable internet. Easy to set up and it works excellently. No complaints at all. Highly recommended!
