This modem is fast & occupies very lesser space. Only modem.

I bought this modem so that I could stop renting one from my internet provider. I'm a Time Warner Cable subscriber with 100mbs download speed. This works perfectly for me and doesn't compromise any of my bandwidth that I was originally receiving. After calling their customer support and adding it to my account, everything worked fine. I haven't had any issues with dropped connections or slowness. The status lights on the front are very bright, so as noted by some other buyers, these can be very bright in a dark room. I highly recommend this modem.

Finally got sick and tired of using Time warners junk equipment. Took all of 20 minutes to get this working correctly. Had to do one follow up call but believe that was the cable companies fault (wasnt receiving propers download speeds) not the modems.

The gentleman who suggested the modem was very knowledgeable of the modem and router differences. We are extremely happy with this particular modem because it is fast and easy to hook up, and easy to use.

Installation without a hitch and interfaced with our router without any issues. Has worked without any issues since we installed 3 mos. ago.

Used for two months, haven't had any problems yet. Brand was recommended by Comcast for compatibility in a self-installed system. Four stars simply because I'm not an expert, but really no issues I can see.

Great modem for Comcast services no setup just plug in and you are good to go then add to your ISP account and save some money from renting.

We got this modem since we didn't want to pay the $8 monthly fee for renting their equipment. This only works for LAN and is not WiFi compatible. The salesman should tell you this :) Watch out for that little detail. It does what is supposed to do.

I like it sleek design and it's easy plug n play set up.

This product was suggested to me by a representative in store. I was having issues with my connection and my wifi was buffering. I no longer have any issues after getting this product. I am able to stream, play games and do homework with no issue.

I bought this to avoid Time Warner's cable modem fees. This modem was on Time Warner's approved list and met my needs exactly. Bestbuy.com cheerfully price matched Amazon (Amazon collects tax in my state so tax wasn't a factor in my purchase decision) and I had the added convenience of same day pick-up at my local Best Buy. Installation was a breeze and with one quick phone call to Time Warner I was up and running. It's been in operation 24/7 now for several weeks without a glitch. I'm 100% satisfied. Plus no Time Warner rental fees for a the 4+ year Cisco cable modem it replaced.

It was easy to hook up. I had to call Time Warner to set up the modem from their end. Now it works great. Much better than the one that was supplied by cable.

Better then the modems cable company gives you works fine

Unfortunately Comcast how to problem adding it into their system because I have digital phone included in my package. And because this doesn't have digital phone they couldn't advice in the system. I couldn't drop digital voice because then it would change my package my Comcast bill would double Harry Great product sorry I have Comcat.
