I have been using this modem for about a month with no issue, so I have not discovered a real con yet. I did have to call the cable provider to help me set it up, essentially I had to type my account details in somewhere, that I didn't figure out on my own since there were no real instructions. Once that was set up, everything was fine.

Installation without a hitch and interfaced with our router without any issues. Has worked without any issues since we installed 3 mos. ago.

Finally got sick and tired of using Time warners junk equipment. Took all of 20 minutes to get this working correctly. Had to do one follow up call but believe that was the cable companies fault (wasnt receiving propers download speeds) not the modems.

This modem is fast & occupies very lesser space. Only modem.

Used for two months, haven't had any problems yet. Brand was recommended by Comcast for compatibility in a self-installed system. Four stars simply because I'm not an expert, but really no issues I can see.

Great modem for Comcast services no setup just plug in and you are good to go then add to your ISP account and save some money from renting.

This was exactly what I need when I switched my home internet service. Easy to install and provides me quick internet service. Would recommend.

We got this modem since we didn't want to pay the $8 monthly fee for renting their equipment. This only works for LAN and is not WiFi compatible. The salesman should tell you this :) Watch out for that little detail. It does what is supposed to do.

It is a great product. It is also comtible with high speed.

This product was suggested to me by a representative in store. I was having issues with my connection and my wifi was buffering. I no longer have any issues after getting this product. I am able to stream, play games and do homework with no issue.

Works as it's supposed to. A little increase in speed and saves money by not being charges by TW for leasing theirs. Pays for itself in no time.

I looked for multiple options before purchasing this. Works well with my 25Mbps connection. No issues! Much better than renting the modem.

Unfortunately Comcast how to problem adding it into their system because I have digital phone included in my package. And because this doesn't have digital phone they couldn't advice in the system. I couldn't drop digital voice because then it would change my package my Comcast bill would double Harry Great product sorry I have Comcat.
