I looked for multiple options before purchasing this. Works well with my 25Mbps connection. No issues! Much better than renting the modem.

Unfortunately Comcast how to problem adding it into their system because I have digital phone included in my package. And because this doesn't have digital phone they couldn't advice in the system. I couldn't drop digital voice because then it would change my package my Comcast bill would double Harry Great product sorry I have Comcat.

Very easy setup. Plug it in and it worked. Better and faster than the modem from the internet provider. Save you the 120 dollar a year rental fee.

I like the product it work very well I would recommend it.

I replaced the ,modem from the cable company with this. Speeds are exellent and it was easy to setup. It will easily pay for itself in a few months.

This modem is the exact same product as the older Motorola surfboard models which Comcast conveniently no longer supports. Therefore if you want to own your own equipment and avoid the rental fee, you must buy a more expensive, new, old product.

After reading all the many reviews for cable modems I selected the Arris SB6141 because of the positive reviews, ability to handle the speed I am able to get from Comcast and it Docsis 3.0 compatability. Very easy to set up and works like a charm.

The product works good for me. It is a solid running modem.

Quite frankly, this replaced a 5 year old Arris Motorola Surfboard modem that was no longer suppose to be used with TWC - only a visit by their tech on another issue brought that to the forefront, and the reason for the purchase was borne. It has sped things up considerably when TWC decides to let us have unabridged access to the internet - which is only select times during the day. But it does as it is suppose to do, and has sped up video loads quite sufficiently over the prior model. Definitely can't fix TWC, but it can take it and make it work better!

This was so easy to install works great with time warner cable. I can't believe I hadn't switched to this years ago my internet is so much faster.

I opened the box and it was very easy to set up. I was able to use it immediately. It is small so it will go anywhere. It works great in our large two story house.

The Arris docsis 3.0 modem was extremely easy to install and get activated by Time Warner. Have had absolutely no issues since the installation.

This does just what it is supposed to do. Glad I bought it.

I decided to buy my own Modem/Router instead of renting through my ISP. They were very easy to setup and I'm not tech savvy at al!

Great working modem very happy with the performance, the only downside is lights on the face are very bright and a bit annoying at night.

I was very hesitant on buying this or the next level of this model because I figured the higher the speed the better. I'm glad I made this purchase though because it works perfectly fine! We have 2 mobile phones, 2 laptops, and stream videos through Chromecast and our smart TV. No problems or no slow connections at all, even when we have lots of guests over. Not only that but I love the white look and the lights give it a cool effect!

This modem is fantastic. Very easy to set up and use. Had it for almost three years now and haven't had any issues with it. Highly recommend.
