Very easy set-up. Only issue was on the TWC side. Think internet might even be faster now. Defiantly more reliable. No more power cycling.

I purchased this because I was having problems with my internet connection. My internet provider told me that the problem was on my end so I purchase this modem thinking that it would solve the problem. As it turns out the problem was on my providers end outside of the house. Regardless I decided to keep this modem. When the technician showed up he said that this was one of the best modems that he's had experience with and I can believe that because my speeds are great I have not dropped a connection since he came out and fixed the problem outside.

Great modem for an economical price. Highly recommended.

Modem works as described and I have had no issues so far

This is a very fast cable modem. Setting it up and networking with my router and devices was a breeze. So much easier than any of my previous cable modems.

When my internet began to spontaneously drop about 10 times an hour I knew something was wrong. The usual suspects were all excluded and the only thing left was my 14 year old Docsis 1.1 modem. (I know, I know). I read some reviews and bought this modem and now I have a screaming fast internet! *NOTE*--most internet providers will require you to register your new modem with them before your internet will work. This will save your a few hours of trouble shooting.

I purchased this modem after ours stopped working. Plugged it in and called our cable provider and we were back online wI think minutes. Highly recommend the modem and Bestbuy. They matched Amazon's price and I didn't have to wait for shipping.

This modem meets all of my needs. DOCSIS 3.0, relatively affordable, and easy to setup. My only gripe is that the blue indicator lights are really bright.

It is more economical for me to have my own modem, and this model is a good one that has moderate speed. It is a good value for the amount spent.

Selected because of ISP suggestion. Set-up was a snap. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The LEDs are bright, wouldn't want in a bedroom.
