This modem is easy to setup and works flawlessly. This one is best for home.use but may work for a small businesses needs also.

This modem works great. Straight out of the box, plugged it in and registered it with my ISP. Very fast up and down speeds with expected pings.

I have used Surfboards for years and have always been happy with them. It was time for an upgrade and that was my reason for buying it. It has worked flawlessly and the the surfboard nameplate still delivers excellent service.

No issues. Runs out of the box. Had to power down and up to get my router to be recognized. Running 200 mb service without a problem.

This is a basic modem that works beautifully for home use. We have 4 sometimes 5 devices going at a time and have no problem, Easily installed, this is just one of those good basic products.

It's fast and well made. Lights are very bright at night, so you may want to consider that if you're putting in your bedroom.

Bought this for service at my 1 bedroom apartment. The cost was super low and supports my internet perfect.

I am using this with Time Warner Cable internet. I connected it easily, contacted TWC Customer Service by phone, they did their magic behind the scenes, and I was up and running. I can't quantify the speed, but I am certain that it is faster, particularly with graphics-intensive web pages, perhaps >2x faster with such pages. I am very pleased with the purchase. My rental was returned to TWC the next day and I am saving $6+/month.

This modem works great with our home wi-fi. It was easy to install and we haven't had any problems with it.

A stop by the cable office to get a splitter and a 5 minute phone call to cable company to register MAC address had this modem up and running. Although my speed didn't increase, I'm saving the money on modem rental from the cable company.

Set up was a breeze, hooked it up , contacted internet provider and was up and running. It has been running flawlessly handling up to 10 devices.

This modem was recommended for use with time warner. It was fast and easy to set up and delivers reliable web access as advertised.

These are strong and reliable modems that are cheap and better than what the cable company will rent you. Would highly recommend.

Needed a good modem because of my children gaming and wireles use severally increased and my old one was not cutting it. I did some research and this one got good reviews. My family had it for about four months now and love it!

After using the providers Cable Modem for 8 years and paying a monthly fee for 8 years I realized that the modem I had has cost me plenty. So after looking at some advice online, I selected this unit. It was simple to put in place and with a call to my provider and giving them the numbers off the unit, I was connected. This unit has performed flawlessly. I have not had any issues with losing connections like my older unit. Do not hesitate to purchase this unit. It will pay for itself in a few months.

Easy to set-up and configure the new modem. It is faster than my old one. I just had to talk to my cable company to provision the new modem.

Anyone who subscribes to Cox and is going to cut the cord for TV but keep internet should get this item. It works with their systems, at least in the south and southeast. It will save you their ridiculous monthly "rental fees" . cox users should note that if you downgrade from a package that included voice lines, the modem you have from them will stop working once they change the package and you will be dead in the water until you get one of these or they send you a different rental unit.
