I purchased this item to use with TWC cable service. Set up was simple. I've had it for a couple of months and works amazingly well. I get consistently fast internet. My service is up to 100mbps download and I regularly test at 90+ mbps down. Extremely pleased with this product. NOTE: This only has ONE ethernet port and does not have WiFi built in. I hooked this to a Linksys wirelesss AC dual band router which has multiple ports so this was a non-issue for me. This modem plays nice with my other equipment.

I bought this modem to replace my service providers rental. The cost was reasonable, and set was simple. Plug and play. The casing seems a little cheap compared to older models, but it's not really an issue since it sits hidden on a desk top. I get fast, consistent download speeds on tests. Streaming is great. Most often works very well, although I have noticed a loss in connection or two since switching modems. That never occurred with the rented model. It could simply be DOCSIS 3 technology problem which I am new to with the addition of this modem. So far, I like owning my own modem.

So far, so good. After extensive research and reviews, I finally decided to go ahead with this router. Never had Arris before, but I am pleased with the product. Easy hookup, user friendly.

This my second Motorola modem after 7 years of continuous 24/7 operation. Comcast technician verified seeing the least amount of modem issues with Motorola modems. Easy to set up. Excellent data transfer speeds. Only minor suggestion is for Motorola to add the ability to adjust the brightness of the panel lighting which can be a bit distracting if not concealed we'll.

This cable modem was a simple purchase. The price was right and the setup was the easiest. Very easy to know speed of connection. Best purchase.

Works just like all the surfboards, perfect. Only thing is get the one with the modem built in. We're all going wifi and its like $25 more

I replaced an old Netgear with this cable modem and I have never looked back. This cable modem reconnects quickly and efficiently and I have never had to go in and reset it for any reason. So worth the money... (FYI on TWC)

Modem works well. Was easy to add to my Comcast internet. Future proof for when fiber finally comes to my town. Looks good too.

Easy to set up. Does require an additional router if it is to be wireless. SO be sure to read the box before purchasing as there are some modems that can be wireless on its own. (I already had a router so it didn't matter)

We noticed a significant improvement over our old modem. Easy setup too! The only thing we don't like is the blue lights are too bright.

This is the same model (recommended) by my cable provider, and over time it will be cheaper to just buy it rather than pay the monthly rental fee from the cable provider. Performance is amazing, haven't had a problem with it at all.

It is working as expected. The WIFI speed increased when I replaced the Comcast modem with it.

This unit replaced an older surfboard. So far this one has been more reliable and faster than its predecessors.

This modem is one of the better ones I've purchased. Works well with the Google Ohio router. No issues with this device.

The modem does not have wifi but I did not want wifi in my home anyway. It seems to be very reliable and fast.

This cable modem was suggested by a friend with great reviews. It has lived up to its hype. Easy to set up and works great.

The modem replaced the rental from the cable company.It saves that monthly fee which will be soon pay for this item. Works well. Make sure that you unplug your router and reboot your computer to complete installation.

Coming from someone who frequently downloads and streams music and movies, I can attest that this modem has nearly doubled my download speeds. I find that buffering times have been cut by more than half. The biggest noticeable difference to me is the total volume that it's able to support. With my old motorola modem, I found that my speeds would slow down when I had multiple devices hooked up to the internet. Now, I typically have two iPhone 5's, two iPads, my iMac and playstation 3 hooked up at the same time and have no issues.

I purchased this for home use, as I telecommute several days per week. Modem handles everything I need without any problems. Good purchase for the money I spent.
