This modem is great for time warner customers (now spectrum ) also because i have my own wireless router not only am i saving 10$ monthly rental fee for the modem twc spectrum provides but im saving an additional 4.99 fee for wireless because i am using my own wireless router and this modem does not have built in wifi, This pays for itself my internet bill went from 50.00$ a month to 34.99 a month , and i am getting faster service and speed compared to twc spectrums modems , this is a must have if you want to save money!!!

Works perfectly. Easy to set up with TWC cable. Speed check showed upload of 5mps and 51mps down. The cable company actually recommended this modem. Reviews indicated it was good device and were correct.

This cable modem was just what I needed. Fast for my 100 mbps connection and affordable. It met both needs and was easy to set-up. Now, if Comcast could only find a way to maintain a stable connection!

The product was easy to install and worked as expected

Great modem. this modem replaced my Time Warner cable company rental modem. The only thing to be aware of is when connecting your network router, you may have to turn off the modem and router (unplug) and turn on again to let it cycle through its program and recognize one another. Initially had difficulty with the router connecting but figured it out by turning off & on both modem and router to allow it to cycle.

I pay for 150 down and 10 up with comcast and I usually get 150+ and around 12 up on speed tests. I have only had a few weird issues like the upstream bonded channels falling to a single channel which just required a reboot of the modem.

I got sick of paying monthly rental fees to Time Warner so bought this. It was easy to set up, easy to pick my own secure password and seems to be working great. I can't say my Internet speeds have improved but they haven't slowed at all.

Works great. Doesn’t break the bank and works well within a short distance.

It was suggested by Comcast that we get this model or a couple of others. The customer service rep in the store showed us everything. He did his job, yet we did explain we didn't need as much as was suggested, and he honestly told us this would probably work. It worked. Set up was flawless and fast. it's great.

Purchased this modem when I switched from DSL to cable. I didn't want to be tied to the combined modem/router that Comcast was going to give me. Paired this with a TP Link wifi router and have had fast internet ever since. Would recommend.

I was looking for something to replace my ancient modem that kept crashing. This one had everything we were looking for, smaller -able to set up on wall (mounts on side) out of the way. stylish and will accommodate our many devices without crashing all the time. The only minor negative thing I have to say is, the blue lights on front are pretty bright, no need for a night light in the room it is in and there is no on/off switch to put it on sleep mode during the night, But it really is not bothersome. All of our devices work and do not slow down when others join in.

It's really that easy...finally! Made the purchase, called my cable/internet provider, they registered the MAC address, and now I'm flying with 50MB download speeds (10 times faster than before). Independent bandwidth tests have proven my download speeds. Motorola has always made the best cable modems!

This modem does everything you need it to and saves you money. Rather than paying $10 a month for $80 or so this modem pays for itself in 8 months. The Internet is fast as it supports the new docsis standards. Two thumbs up on this one!

Setup was easy, no rental fee to Comcast and works great no connection reset problem.

I ordered this modem to replace my 10 year old RCA DCM425 DOCSIS 2.0 modem that I purchased from my service provider several moves ago. Time Warner recently upgraded the network in my areas, and my new speed surpassed the DOCSIS 2.0 capability. It was easy to install and activate, and works great.

Purchased this unit to replace an older Xfinity model. Much faster and easy to install.

I was looking to save some money on a modem vs leasing monthly & this product is perfect! Had to go downtown to get it but worth the trip! Very grateful to have a knowledgable associate help pick the one I needed. He guaranteed that this will work with Comcast Internet & he's right! So far, no problems. The only complaint is the bright LEDs but searching online provided me with an easy solution.

Works good so far for my basic needs. Easy to set up and doesn't take up much space.

After replacing the one the cable company gave me with this my download speed doubled. Most cable companies charge $8 a month to rent an old product, with one years of rental fees that will pay for this one and the savings will begin.

Like some other reviewers I purchased this to get rid of the rental from my internet privider. It had better write ups than some of the $100+ products so I wanted to try it out. The speeds are way better than the rental which is what we needed since we have about 4 devices hooked into the wifi.
