I had to switch internet service providers more than a month ago. I did my research and purchased this awesome cable modem with Best Buy price match. I am really glad I did! Fast, reliable and I do not have to pay a monthly lease for a TWC junky device.

Works well with Xfinity Blast service...75mbps....no issues with activating the modem...previously I had SB51XX motorola model which comcast no longer support....had to replace it...no need to buy the higher expensive models that offer higher download speed with additional features...because your service provider speed is what matters...!

This was the best price I could find on what is probably the best cable modem on the market. My download and upload times increased tenfold. The shipping was fast and convenient and setting up my account was a cinch. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Got tired of paying Comcast $10/mo for a lower rated modem. Was on sale for $79.The online provisioning doesn't work. requires a phone call to Comcast to set up. Took about 5 minutes. Once set up, it has performed without incident

We purchased this modem as a result of our old one that quit working. We read several reviews and decided on this one because it was the best price. It works as described, and once we contacted our ISP ( cable company) it was up and running. The speed is great, even with heavy Internet use. Great product and we have had no issues at all.

I bought this to free me of the monthly rental price my ISP charges to use their modem and gain more control over my network. Mission Accomplished. It's fast and doesn't cost $10 a month and paired with my 802.11ac I get strong uninterrupted connections.

The first one we had worked great and then just stopped on us.Not sure why but there are always that one in the batch that has a issue. We returned it and got another one and so far it is doing a great job. It is nice looking and easy to set up. You will enjoy it!

I replaced my rented modem with this one a few weeks ago and noticed a major increase in shared performance over our busy household network. I had to register it with my cable provider via a phone call, but it was a simple process and worked the first time.

Excellent link with Other Internet Providers. The store salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me to select the correct modem. It was very easy to connect and it worked perfectly the first time. I have not had any problems with loss of power or issues.

I read the reviews as always sand then decided this was the one for me. I have Comcast internet and it took me about 10 minutes on the phone with Comcast and I was surfing in the internet. My internet is fast and not sluggish like before. It works great!

This modem works great to avoid the rental cost of Time Warner Cable internet! Easy set up, but I had to call my internet provider and have them "flip a switch" on their end before it would work. But worth the time, and my internet speed increased!

Decided to purchase rather than rent my modem. This was one of many on the Time Warner "approved" list. The fellas at Best Buy where a help to narrow down my choice. No problems setting it up.

i bought this for my comcast xfinity subscription, much better than renting from the cable company, easy to set up, have had no problems so far after approximately two months of use, would highly recommend to anyone who doesnt want to waste $ renting.

I got rid of the issued modem/router from my ISP and purchased the Surfboard. So far it's worked flawlessly with no issues at all. It was just as simple as connecting the coax and power cable and after I called my ISP to have it on my account I was done.

I have no issues with it! Works great! The price in store was not same as online so had to pull up price on phone and prove to guys who pressed me on buying extra warranty which I did not after he continually pressed me about it! That I did not like!

I had this unit when it was made by Motorola. It's identical to the unit that Arris makes. When upgrading internet service, my old one refused to connect to the network. I went to my local BB to get another one, just to check and voila, the new unit worked immediately. It's perfectly fine for 100 Mbps service.

Was having problems with internet crashing with old modem. Installed this one with ease and the 2 bands provide great streaming and gaming for our numerous devices throughout our large two story house.
