Product was easy to set up and has had good performance.

I went middle of the road on price for this item. Seems to be working fine. No issues with set up and no down time with connection on internet and cable. Talked to two best buy guys; both recommended this in store product. Kept me on budget with a quality product.

I opted to get this instead of renting a modem through my cable provider (saves on the per month bill and I have the choice of getting something a little nicer). This thing is fast and super easy to use. No buttons, just an AC jack, Coax port and a ethernet out. Instructions are easy to understand. I'd definitely say do this instead of renting a modem. Economically, you'll be better off and, performance-wise, you'll also have a better modem than the ones provided.

I bought this cable modem to replace an older Motorola modem that finally died. Set up was easy and I could see an definite increase in speed. Great product.

not only did i finally pull the trigger and not have to pay comcast the rental fee anymore - but when I combined this with my new tri band router I was actually getting about 3-5mb down and up faster than using the comcast xfinity modem/router combo.

I honestly haven't even tried this modem out. i bought it to replace the last motorola surfboard unit because of the needed speed of this unit! I feel confident that this product will work as advertised and should'nt have any problems. Good luck!

Compatible with TWC, WOW, and many other carriers. Purchasing your own modem saves money within a year of ownership by not having to pay your provider for modem rental. I've actually had steadier and more reliable service since switching to this guy.

I installed this modem and have had no modem based issues. The setup was plug and play so that was also easy. Speed is only limited by my hillbilly hi-speed from Comcast. I give it five stars for being the least of my worries.

This modem works for what it is supposed to be used for. Internet doesn't appear to be lagged or anything. Overall very impressed and probably wouldn't need to get anything that is supposed to be faster because it would probably work just the same!

Worked right out of the box, no problems, easy to install

I purchased this modem after my previous modem stopped working. Setup is very simple and straightforward. This is a great replacement if you are currently renting a modem from your Internet provider. You are 100% able to use your own modem and over a few years of renting you could have bought several of these. Comcast Setup Note: When adding the modem to Comcast you will plug your laptop or desktop into the modem with an Ethernet cable (don't use your cell phone to activate). Once connected you go the activation website for Comcast. You won't be able to browse any other sites, but you can get to the activation site. Go ahead and activate your modem and you will be up and working. From this point you can plug it into your router or leave it connected to your device.

The modem is easy to set up and really improves speed.

I purchased this modem after reading a bunch of online reviews. It was super easy to install myself. I got a great d al at Best Buy with price match. I would recommend this to anyone especially if you are paying a monthly fee to a cable company.

I replaced my SB6141 with this. There is a huge difference in speed and performance.I have only 15mbs so I am told that the next lower end model will work fine for my speed but I went with this model and no regrets. Very reliable excellent performance.

I wanted to stop paying TWC the monthly fee for an old modem. I hooked this one up, it was simple to do. I had to call TWC so they could get the model and number. It has been working fine. The lights on it are bright. Good modem for the money.

My primary reason I purchased a modem was to delete my monthly rental fees. It was easy to install and my download speeds greatly improved along with the glitches i was getting from spectrum.

My wife and I recently bought a house and did not want to "rent" a modem from the cable company. Totally worth it to go out and bye and it is not hard to set up (you can call your company and they will walk you through it). We both have smartphones and laptops and have had no issues with upload or download speed. I also do some online gaming and haven't had issues yet. Of course a salesman may try to talk you into getting one with more ports but for a small family or personal use, this will easily do the trick. Satisfied thus far. Cheers!

Works great, easy to set up, and great for the price!

Needed to jump up to DOCSIS 3.0 to take advantage of the faster internet speeds in my area and this modem fit the bill perfectly. I will say that the blue led lights on the face are EXTREMELY bright. This thing lights up my entire closet at night.
