Setup was realitivitly easy with Time Warner's help. The performance far exceeds the Time Warner modem. Additionally it saved me $8.00 per month. Pay back in about 13 months.

bought this to replace the lesser unit provided by Comcast. within 20 min was completely done. I did have to call Comcast to let them know I was using my own hardware. really no issue. speeds are faster now and no monthly fee...

Replaced my old Motorola with this new one...took my speeds to 52 instead of 15...DOC SIS 3.0 is the way to go as my old router was 5 years old an limiting my speed. Internet download and upload speed as been greatly improved.

I got this for the TWC connection. It works really well. Only had one trouble when I was getting low internet speeds and I rebooted the system and the issue went away. The TWC technicians also recommended this product.

I got this modem when I got Time Warner at my new apartment. I didn't want to have to pay them for an awful router, so got my own. That means I needed a modem and this does the perfect job. I pay for 100mbps and almost always get 117mbps or so. Very reliable in my experience. The only odd thing I have to say about it, is that the light on the front are insanely bright, like they light up my whole living room at night. It isn't really an issue, but could be for people in a studio apartment.

Great help from Best Buy rep on selecting a modem to replace the rented one from the cable company. Cable tech installed and said it was much better than theirs.
