Product was recommended by store staff, I purchased it, got it home and installed it within a few minutes and it works great. It basically does what it's supposed to do and I have good WiFi all around the house

Easy to set up works perfect with my wireless router for full range through the house. Looks great to and better then del or leasing a modem through your provide. Best investment made i recommended invest in this modem.

I know it's technically a bit expensive, rather than just renting one from your wifi/internet provider. But, I have yet to have any problems, and do not regret spending a couple extra bucks.

I bought this modem due to an upgrade in internet speeds. It has been well worth the little money it cost. It handles the high speed with ease and reliability.

I bought this over the cheaper version for future-proofing. I currently only get 50Mbps service, but this one can handle much higher speeds than I currently receive. It has worked well, so no complaints thus far.

This modem has worked great so far. I have tested my internet speeds a few times and the download and upload speeds are always higher than my actual internet package with my provider. My internet package is suppose to be 25 Mbps and the average test speed is about 28 Mbps download speed with about a 7 Mbps upload speed. I use this product in combination with a Netgear wireless router from Best Buy.

This modem is pretty fast. The build quality is solid. Extremely easy to install and work out of the box. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice modem.

I've purchased 3 SurfBoard modems over the past few years. The first one I purchased was the SB6121 which worked great until I upgraded my internet speed. Comcast only supports the SB6121 up to 100mbps service. I upgraded to the SB6141 when I changed my internet speed to 200mbps. I'm getting about 230mbps download with the SB6141. I'm happy with this modem, I purchased a second one for another location. The only thing I wish is that this modem came in black.

This works much better than the xfinity modem / router combo Comcast gave me. I've been using it for three weeks. There have been no sudden decreases in speeds and no buffering problems with Netflix or Hulu.

It was gonna be the SB6121 or this one. Xfinity site shows SB6121 been through more tests. I took a chance with this one thinking it being the later model, it must have some improvement. It's been working satisfactorily.

Just what I needed I moved my gam..er Office in another part of the house where my Wifi never reaches. Signal remains strong and I no longer have to worry about dropping my signal during ga..work. Easy to set up

Upgraded to a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem to get better speed for my home network. Had no issues getting started and the configuration went smoothly without any issues. Was back on the internet in about 15 minutes!

I have had no issues with this modem after a few weeks of use. It seems to be doing the job well. It was easy enough to set up, just a call to Comcast to provide the appropriate numbers and I was online.

We had been using a hand-me-down modem and experiencing drops while streaming movies, and once we bought this modem we've only experienced one (and it might have been on hulu's end anyway). So far so good, only time will tell if it's truly a 5-star product.

I purchased this modem to replace a DOCSIS 2 device that has been in service for years. I needed this modem to support an upgrade in service speed from my ISP, Comcast. Installation was quick and simple; power, coax and cat-5 cable. It took longer to get thru to a Comcast rep to give them the new MAC address and owner serial number. After a few reboots and more waiting on hold, my new modem was online. Combined with three Apple wireless routers, our family now experiences exceptional speeds.

Time Warner started charging me $6.99 a month for a modem lease, so I decided to just buy my own instead of paying them. After a year, this will have paid for itself. It's also the exact same modem that I had.

It's hard to review a product so early after purchase but it was simple to set up and my internet speed is very fast. As far as longevity of the product, we'll see.

This modem is easy to set up. The only thing you will most likely need to do other than plug it in is to call your service provider to provide them the MAC address of the modem itself.

I was pretty surprised by this modem's abilities. It was a considerably huge jump from my 8 year old modem, but still great quality for what need (gaming, video streaming, and social media all at once)

Easy set up. Blue light is really bright. Kinda have to hide it behind the monitor. Otherwise a great product.
