I would highly recommend this modem. It's not wireless and only has a single network port out, so it is simplistic in its function. But that's what I wanted and it works great. I have it connected to a network of multiple AirPort Extreme wireless routers and am getting 30 MB download and 17 MB upload speed all over my home.

Easy to install and works like a charm. Would purchase again if I needed another modem.

Easy to install. I have had this product for close to 3 months and haven't had any issues or need to reset once. Much better than the one provided by my service provider that I rented each month.

I bought this to switch out my mother in laws modem and it has been working stellar for the past month. She was also able to return the rented modem and not have to pay the monthly rental fee

Didn't know what to expect. When Comcast installed the internet, the rep told me this item was a very good modem. Now I don't have to think about purchasing another one if and when I move again.

Having TWC internet, this is the first time I ever purchased my own modem so I wouldn't have to rent TWC's anymore. Modem was easy to install and works great. No more giving my money to TWC to rent a modem.

My last cable modem, which I rented from Time Warner Cable, was horrible. I have a 2-bdr apartment and the rental modem could barely reach across my apartment. This Arris unit works great!

This thing is fast. Had the previous model and it worked great too. Upgraded my internet service to 100mb down and 10mb up. I now reach in excess of 120mb download. This puppy is fast!!!!!

Work well. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars for an 8 channel compared to the 4. So far I'm pulling about 81 Mbps through the Comcast speed test. Not to bad, no complaints

Incredible performance..docsis 2.0 so very fast so you'll get modern cable modem speeds. Stop paying the cable company a rental fee and buy one of these guys! Tell your friends and family too!

This was a replacement for an 8 month old Modum that I had purchased at Best Buy but did nothing but frustrate us. So far we couldn't be happier. The modum is consistantly strong and working with no issues. It was so easy to install and works great with our Comcast service.

Because I am a very non-technical person, I am always a little nervous about installing new equipment. This modem could not have been any easier.

As stated, this should have been only a minimal upgrade at best but what saw big jumps in speed. Helpful if you are streaming a lot of video.

Very good basic modem. I use it with Mediacom instead of their modem. It works great and so far no problems at all. Mediacom had no problem with me using on their network.

Modem is very solid and easy to set up. Instructions were easy to follow. Setup took only 15 minutes including calling cable internet company.

This modem was recommended by a very helpful Best Buy associate. We had no problem hooking it up and getting it activated. It has performed very well and has given us no trouble at all.

It's a very good modem for high speed internet with hassle free installation. Just plug it, call you service provide to give the MAC# and that's all, you are all set. Highly recommended.

This is another great modem that Motorola has made setup was easy caled the cable company gave the MAC address and within five minutes I was up and going. Speeds are fast and no need to pay rental fee to the cable company anymore.
