This is another great modem that Motorola has made setup was easy caled the cable company gave the MAC address and within five minutes I was up and going. Speeds are fast and no need to pay rental fee to the cable company anymore.

This Modem is extremely easy to install. Very Easy to setup with my Cable Provider. The Arris Surfboard "Silver" Even keeps me connected at my max data plan of 75mb/s but can handle up to 340mp/s if I decided to up my plan in the future. MY ONLY GRIPE is the Blue LED lights on the front are SUPER BRIGHT and Super Annoying at night. Not Recommended for dorm rooms or your bedroom unless you plan to unplug it when your done. WHICH IS SILLY! Could be a little cheaper being its just a cable modem but eh! OVERALL... I'd Say Buy It and Stop Renting your Cable Gear!

I bought this a year ago. It has been working flawlessly. I have Comcast Cable. It connects easily to the high speed internet. I have all the blue LED lights showing on this meaning it is getting the high speeds. I have it connected to an Apple Airport Extreme router. The two of them together work great. If my power goes out or I have to unplug everything for some reason it boots up fast and I am back in business again within a minute or less. No complaints. The LED lighting is bright though. I had to put some dimmer tape across the front panel. I can still see all the lights but they aren't blindingly bright anymore with the dim tape on it. Solid modem.

Nothing special about this product. I bought to avoid paying Comcast $11 per month. The setup was easy: i just connected it to my cable line then called Comcast and they told me what to do next. The whole process took about 5 mins. It works well and without problems.

I bought this modem so I would no longer have to pay Comcast a $10 monthly "rental" for their modem. It was very easy to install. Would definitely recommend the ARRIS SURFboard SB6141.

I'm really happy with this modem, an upgrade from my ISP's modem that crapped out. Very thankful that I was able to walk into the store with it and have it up and running that same night - no down time!

We bought this for our son when he moved into a new apartment. Easy set up and worked perfect.

I have used Motorola modems for years and years and never had a single problem with any of them. This model was approved for use by my ISP, but the installer had to make several calls to their support personnel to get it working properly. This modem can handle speeds faster than my ISP currently offers in my area, but this means I will most likely not have to upgrade it for years to come. Beware the LED status lights are very bright. This is a great cable modem!

Set up was straightforward. Connect cables and turn it on... The problem came when I had to contact Comcast to 'activate' the new modem... Even then it wasn't too bad... probably about an hour from connecting the first cable to the time it was fully activated.

I was having high speed cable internet trouble. thought it was my router, turned out to be a bad modem. this little gem is pushing 60mbps easy (I pay for a 50mbps line)

This Modem works very well with the Comcast network. The setup and installation was easy with everything completed in less than 1/2 hour which includes waiting time contacting Comcast.

I got this modem to replace spending more money every month renting one and it was worth every dime!!!!!

Price was very reasonable and quality is excellent. According to Time Warner I should be getting 'up to' 30 megs. This unit consistently puts out a solid 30-32 megs so I am a happy camper.

Got out of my cable company modem rental with this purchase. Well worth the money. Easy to hook up and ran the first time. I enjoy the blinking blue light, lets me know it is working.

I purchased this moderately price modem upon the advice of the Best Buy staff to replace and outdated modem that was no longer compatible with my cable service. So far it works just fine.

I bought this instead of renting or leasing a modem from Comcast. It pays for itself in no time and the rest of the "rent" money gets put back in your own product. Easy to set-up too.
