Works as expected. Relatively easy to install. Problem with cable provider but the modem was fine. Could use an external reset switch or button. Indicator lights on it are so bright, it would be nice if they were rear facing or could be dimmed.

The modem works very well. It's size and functionality is very helpful when placed around the house. It's been working properly for about a couple weeks now. Very satisfied.

I bought this modem to replace the cable company's rental modem. I figured I can't go wrong with a Motorola, and I was right. It was easy to install, set up and works flawlessly.

I bought this modem because my previous Motorola modem was outdated and sluggish. I like this one because it is reliable. I wish, however, that there was additional ethernet ports so I could attach a computer directly to it and still have wifi.

We got tired of the bad internet service we got with the rented modem/ router combo. With this we get much faster and it actually costs less than renting! Not a bad way to go.

TV was already programmed in. Only had to program cable box. Easy to use, similar to the much more expensive remote the cable company tries to sell you and is more durable.

Getting advertised speed from ISP with this device. No monthly rental fee. Easy set up.

So far this is working well. Comcast guy had to come out to get it set up after trying to set it up over the phone didn't work. Speeds are good and it is a pretty white color...

Seems just as fast as the Comcast provided Motorola Surfboard that this replaced. Seems to be much slower during peak times where I didn't have an issue before but still happy with purchase.

I got this because I wanted to save money on the modem rental fee. Thing thing works great, even better than the rental router.

haven't had any problems with the modem. with wifi, it handles many devices without delay. great for home or small office use.

Getting a faster router is nice but it won't do you any good if the output speed of your modem is a barrier. Prior to replacing your router with a high end unit, first look at your modem specs. The Motorola SB6141 is rated as one of the best. Use this modem in combination with a speedy router like Netgear Nighthawk and you will have blazing download speeds!

set up took not more them 10 minutes. works great and getting a little more speed than i am paying for. Great modem no wounder it is the best selling one on the market.

This modem was very easy to set up. Just plugged it in and it was ready to go. Needed to call the cable company so the modem would be recognized and its been working with no issues since.

I did my homework and this one came out on top in all of the reviews. It is so much better than the standard Cox modem. Love it.

Switched from U-verse to Comcast. Bought my own modem and router. Comcast technician installed them with the rest of their equipment, They have worked flawlessly ever since.
