Had to upgrade due to my intenet provider pushing towards 3.0 as a standard. Works well worth cox. The only gripe I have is the three blue lights are lighter brighter than they should be at night. This is not a deal breaker for me though.

This modem does what it is supposed to. I paired it with a separate router to gain signal strength and have no complaints.

Purchased modem to replace rental unit from TimeWarner. Installation was straightforward, and phone activation with TimeWarner was uneventful. Unit has been working fine.

Tired of the monthly fee for an outdated Time Warner modem (the one they were renting to me was not even on their approved list!). This one has worked great. No issues.

The router was easy to install, The only difficult thing was to call into mediacom and get them to setup and that just took a total of 5 minutes. Easy, I like easy.

The modem was easy to set up, though I had to contact my ISP to complete the setup process. Very straightforward and simple, especially for connecting my wireless printer.

I purchased this modem based on the price and brand name Motorola. Motorola has always put out great data communication equipment. No configuration required, mainly required a call to Time Warner to activate the modem on their network. This modem is mainly used for remotely accessing a surveillance camera system . It is running perfectly with no problems on Time Warner cable network.

Perfect partner with Xfinity cable. No issues, simple set up.

This modem was fairly easy to install (it was more of a Charter issue than the modem). It increased my internet speed by at least 20%. Great product, I highly recommend!

I decided to purchase this based off of other reviews. So glad I did. Setup was a breeze and haven't had any issues so far.

I do notice a performance increase although Comcast has a lower download speed as I wont pay the price for the extra speed. It's compatible with Comcast in my area and we got it up and functional with Comcast coming to the house to install it.

It was the easiest installation of the modem. All I had to do was plug the modem and connect the cable and voila it was working... I had to restart it twice before I finally got it working - hence the 4 stars...

Set up was easy. Working dependably. Getting faster speeds then before.

Works great to replace the modem from xfinity. Note this device does not have a port for phone line if you have triple play and want a home phone. Taking a star away only because the lights are annoyingly bright

My son had purchased one of these and is very happy with it so he suggested I purchase one for myself so that I could stop renting from Time Warner. In less than a year it will pay for itself, in that, no more monthly fee from cable company. I've had no problems with it so far. The lights on the front are very bright so they may be annoying if you can see them from where you usually hang out.

Cable companies want to charge rental fees for equipment that doesn't even work. Save yourself the headache and some money and buy this along with an airport extreme

Had a netgear all in one device but could not set IPv4DNS to override IPv6 DNS so which to this and an Asus router - all working very well. Great speeds and stability.

I would have preferred that it was a little cheaper but it did what I wanted. Needed to upgrade from a docsis 2.0 to 3.0 to experience the full speeds of my internet subscription. The plan I recently upgraded to recommends 3.0 so I purchased this upgrade. My speed went up about 20mbps for downloads and about .20 for uploads. Things definitely load a lot faster and sometimes download in half the time it used to take. But make sure to check what docsis your providers package requires before you expect those kind of speed increasesas it can depend on your package. So far after a month or 2 there has been no internet dropouts or connection issues and setup just required calling the cable provider and giving the numbers off the modem.

I've had this modem for about a month now. No problems thus far. I could not activate it online so I had to call Time Warner, which turned out to be pretty painless.
