This was so easy to set up and it reaches all of the TV's ect all through my home. improved my internet speed and have not had any problems with it!

I needed a cheap modem to avoid having to pay cox for their monthly fee. This modem did the trick. I don't know if it was Cox or the modem but it did take some time for them to register the MAC address. I used this modem for a year and only rebooted it once. It was very reliable.

This modem has been working very well. It was very easy to set up and get activated. I was happy that I didn't need to call Comcast to activate.

Bought this in 2015 and this modem has worked almost flawlessly for 5 years. I’ve just recently upgraded to Xfinity Gig Internet so I updated to the ARRIS SB 8200 Docsis 3.1 modem. I would spend extra to have an ARRIS modem if I have to. The quality and reliability is outstanding.

I purchased this in order to avoid paying Comcast any more money than necessary. Plus with this modem I can handle pretty high speeds in my house.

Time Warner wanted to charge a monthly "lease fee" of $8 per month for the 12 year old cable modem they had installed in my home. This modem cost me less than 1 year's "lease fees", meets much later communication standards, and there were only 2 steps to install: plug it in, and tell Time Warner the MAC address so they'd let it connect to their network. I was up in no time, and had them come to pick up their old modem. This was a great move!

My old cable modem got fried, so I was looking for a replacement. In researching cable modems from Time Warner's recommended list I came across this one. Great value for the money, FAST and rock-solid. All you could ask for in a cable modem. I was not looking for the absolute fastest modem; just a pretty fast one at a great price. This is the one.

I have had my modem for a month now and its working great so far, good signal throughout the house and the one recommended by our ISP. Better than renting from my cable company and well worth the price.

I wanted to make sure I was getting the most out of my internet service as possible and decided to upgrade my older modem. A blue shirt directed me towards this modem, instead of the more expensive one, based on my home internet package and not only saved me money, but set me up with exactly what I needed. Modem works like a charm! Easy set up.

Perfect size for our storage area. Sleek looking and haven't need to bother with any settings. Pair perfectly with the Apple AirPort Extreme.

Had concerns since my router is a Mac Airport. No problem. Toughest part was getting TWC to activate. Has increased speed at least by a third!
