I bought this modem to take advantage of the DOCSIS 3.0 upgrade from my service provider. It connects very fast and is very easy to install. I would recommend this modem to anyone looking to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0.

I have Comcast performance internet. I had a DOCSIS 2.0 modem, but was only getting 20-25 Mbs. Got this DOCSIS 3.0 unit and now get 90 Mbs.

My cable modem was terrible. Had to reset it all the time and it was slow, very slow. Plus I was paying for this rotten thing with monthly rental fees. I finally said enough and decided to purchase one of these. It was the best decision I made lately. No more rental fees no more resetting all the time and ITS FAST!!! Love it and so will you. Oh and set up was a breeze!

Was having issues with Comcast modem slow always disconnects. This one helped a lot and I save 10 bucks a month not having to rent from Comcast.

This is a great cable modem. My internet connection speed is a lot faster ever since I installed this modem in my house. Highly recommended!

Bought for my son at school....very easy to set up...within minutes everything was good to go...just connect and watch it all come together.

Fair Price for a DOCSIS 3.0. Easy to install and simple to use. Can go wrong here. I would definitely buy again if needed.

It was easy to hook up, super fast and no issues at all. Warning to all Time Warner customers who have phone service with TW. This modem and my understanding is most don't have a telephone hookup. You have to get a splitter and a seperate modem from TW. They will not charge you the rental fee and you will have both hooked uo. Kind of a pain.

My Comcast modem/wiresless router was dropping service and slow. I added this router and an ASUS AC2400 Router and all my issues were resolved.

We purchased this after deciding we were done paying TW for their rented modem/router every month and have been very happy with our choice.

Much better than paying cable service a monthly rental fee for a lesser product, and it was super easy to set up with the company as well.

I choose to buy this modem over any other, best value over all. Better than spending money renting other company's each month, it will pay off!

This modem does the one thing i want mine to do.... works so well i can forget about it. Setup was easy and since then its been ignored through power outages and daily life. Would recommend to anyone with better things to do than tinker and fight with your modem.

Comcast notified me I needed to upgrade my modem. I researched on line and chose the Surfboard. Installation was a snap. Worked first time.

Installed and set up on line through the comcast web site, did not have to call in and spend ten hours on permanent hold waiting for installation.

I really like this since this works well with comcast and I dont have to pay them any modem fee.
