Easy to install works great fast and reliable I would recommend

Good modem, I bought this to replace my time warner modem. It works much better no outage issues, I did néed a router to add on for wi-fi

Had to upgrade to a docsis 3.0 modem, this modem is on the Xfinity/Comcast HCL and was easy to install and I didn't have to call Comcast

I just wanted to own the modem than pay the cable company forever for it. It works as expected without any issues or problems setting it up.

So far so good on the modem. Speed is good. I have about 14 different wireless electronics and need something that will power them all.

This modem has made a huge difference in my internet speeds. After switching from the modem I received from TWC. The speeds are blazing.

Update a previous 6121 model to this and have noticed a nice bump in performance. Currently sitting on Comcast Extreme getting 127Mb/s down. The only gripe I have about the modem is the LEDs are very bright and borderline obnoxious if you have it on your desk or near eyesight while working.

Needed for comcast, as they upgraded their service my current Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 2.0 High-Speed Cable Modem was no longer compatible. Upset at first, but then i noticed the difference right away.

Good unit for the price. Setup was easy and unit has been very reliable.

I was very apprehensive about updating my home modem. The install of this unit however was painless: Very easy/fast and I didn't even have to call my service provider (Comcast)! I subsequently purchased the same unit for my daughter's home computer system. Also, a simple, painless install. Both units work great after several months of use. Extremely happy with this unit!

Optimum started to charge ridiculous fee for their modem so I bought this one and saved a lot of money already. Even though this modem is not on their approved list, it works great. I had a chat with Optimum representative and I was able to establish connection in a few minutes.

The LEDs are super-bright with no way to dim them. They light up the entire room. Arris technical support suggested putting tape over the front panel. Unfortunately, the light escapes through the extremely well-ventilated case, as well. Aside from that, it appears to be an excellent modem, and I would have rated it five stars. I will be returning it, though, and would only recommend it to those who don't mind their room glowing with blinking blue light.

Needed a replacement for my Time Warner modem and am extremely happy with this choice. Overall great improvement from the old one and set up was easy. Needed something compatible with AirPrint for Mac devices and this worked without any problems.

The device is very fast and looks good. This is a must for video streaming , Netflix or Vudu streaming services are not constantly buffering.

Replaced an older model with new, up to date one compatible with other cable companies systems... giving me the capability to switch later.

My modem was not compatible with the new speed so I upgraded to this modem. So far it is working great with my wired and wireless modem.

This product has worked perfectly for me. Once it was set up, I have not had to think about it again. Gotta love that!!

I bought this product because it has a great review and was not disappointed buying it. Fast download and upload. Great modem for a great price.

This modem works great! Easy set up. But when I had Comcast put that this modem was the one I'd be using, rather than one of theirs, it didn't put the correct serial or model number, can't remember which, and I had Comcast come out to find why it wouldn't connect. As soon as they located that was the issue everything runs great!
