    I was renting a modem from Time Warner for years and years and wasted money for years. I finally decided to buy my own modem to not pay the rental fee. I had to call TWC to activate the modem. It took about one hour for TWC to set it up, but once it was complete, it started working perfectly. I'm happy with this product.

    No complaints. Called time warner to set it up. The whole process took 45 minutes. Recommend to buy a good router to go with it.

    Purchasing this cable modem saves me about $10 a month on my bill. Hook up was easy. However, despite what the instructions and the BestBuy associate said, I still had to call the cable company and make the connection between my account and this specific modem. Be prepared ... it was an hour-long process.
