Not to bad for a single guy still in school! It works fast not to slow but if for a family or roommates I wouldn't recommend

The modem is easy to set up, takes seconds to be activated. Definitely worth every penny. Never rent equipment from cable company.

I decided to purchase my own modem so I didn't have to rent one anymore. A fantastic sales associate helped me decide which one was best for what I needed and, although this was more than what I really needed, it was on sale so I grabbed it figuring at least I would have the option in the future if I need more power. I was a little thrown that it's white since I'm accustomed to black, but it looks nice. Not once have I had a problem and had to "re-boot" it like I used to!!! Very happy so far.

I got this to upgrade my modem, and the speeds have increased. I have also been able to hold a wifi signal better with my router.

This modem works well and is east to set up. It works well enough for someone living alone.

Instead of paying for modem through internet provider , we bought this one. Great purchase and the speed is so much faster.

I have never installed one of these with my comcast service provider. It went smooth and within 20 minutes I was up and running.

Simple hookup, just had to have Time Warner activate it. Should have done this years ago, will pay for itself in 7 months.

This works as expected to give us great speed to support a family of four with ALOT of connected devices.

Modem has been rock solid since purchase! Purchased as it was Cox Cable approved. All signal levels reading normal and docsis 3.0 allows those with higher tier internet speeds to truly take advantage. Only con in my opinion is the led's are rather bright. Of course you can cover these if they're too much of a nuisance.

Okay performance and no troubles setting it up I paired modem with a Asus router and I am pleased.

Due to my increased requirements for surfing and media downloads, I was experiencing performance issues. Based on reviewing the capabilities offerred by my ISP Comcast, I decided I needed to upgrade to a cable modem that supported DOCSIS 3.0 high-speed. Based on reviews, price, and performance, the Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem was my choice. Since the installation, I have achieved good performance with no interuptions of service. As a comcast customer, the only issue I had was with installation. I needed to make sure comcast had this modem registered under my account as a DOCSIS 3.0 device. To get the connection working as desired, I needed to work with a Comcast technician to send multiple signals and reset all devices. Overall, I would highly recommend this device.
