Modem has been rock solid since purchase! Purchased as it was Cox Cable approved. All signal levels reading normal and docsis 3.0 allows those with higher tier internet speeds to truly take advantage. Only con in my opinion is the led's are rather bright. Of course you can cover these if they're too much of a nuisance.

I needed to upgrade my docsis 2.0 to a docsis 3.0 and after reviewing all the different models, this modem offered the best bang for the buck. I have been using it for month and so far, it is working as advertised. I only wish the LED indicators were not so bright. Scotch tape over the front helps reduce the brightness.

This modem works great and saves me the monthly fees I was paying Time Warner cable. It will pay for itself in 8 months.

It works great. Very easy to set up. I don’t seem to have problems at all and my internet signal is strong.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. The speed difference from my was like going from dial-up. I would've preferred black.

This is good, easy to use. Literally plug and play. The light is soooo bright, it lights up my entire condo.

Paired it up with a good router.......time warner cable says up to 50mbps, I am getting 60 Mbps consistently off wifi alone

If your a gamer or any type of heavy internet user, I highly recommend buying this or a modem similar in quality. Not only does it save you having to pay your internet company a $5-$10 fee every month for using their modem, but this modem is WAY BETTER than the modem your internet company over charges you for. the modems the internet companies sell you or charge you to rent on a monthly basis are garbage, especially the modem/router combos are ever worse. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THIS

This modem provides fast speeds on all the devices I use. I have 5-6 items using the Internet with this modem at all times.

Got this to replace my rental from ComCast and it's been working without any issues. Saves me monthly charges and has already paid for itself in just a few months.

Great little unit. I replaced an older Docsis 2.0 Motorola surfboard with this and am very pleased with the results. Performance is great. The only negative point I have is that the blue LEDs on the front of the unit are extremely bright, lighting up my living room at night.

Great modem for higher Internet speeds. Good way to stay ahead of the curve if I need to upgrade my speed in the future.

This modem has been around for over a decade and there is a reason for that. It just works and its cheap. Highly recommended even if they go out after a couple years of constant use. There is no better dollar to use ratio modem out there.

Purchased this because Time Warner is now charging a monthly fee to use one of their cable modems. Works great, no interruption of service, just make sure you have the MAC address handy and you have to call Time Warner before it'll work. It is not as simple as unplugging the old and replacing with the new. You MUST call your ISP first. But after that, its smooth sailing and money saving.

Just bought this Modem about a month ago from Best Buy and we like it so far! It was easy to set up and the internet speeds have been fast. I bought it because I have had good luck with Motorola Modems and was told that this one was quite reliable. I would recommend it!

I recently upgraded our entire home network setup. A Best Buy associate recommended this little modem, and I must say I have nothing to report about it. I mean this as the highest compliment, because it just works and does its job - no fuss, not hard to set up, and it has not given me any problems thus far. Recommended.

Product worked well with Time Warner service. Cost was good considering it is $10 per month to rent it from Time Warner.
