It works great. Very easy to set up. I don’t seem to have problems at all and my internet signal is strong.

I needed to upgrade my docsis 2.0 to a docsis 3.0 and after reviewing all the different models, this modem offered the best bang for the buck. I have been using it for month and so far, it is working as advertised. I only wish the LED indicators were not so bright. Scotch tape over the front helps reduce the brightness.

For those that aren’t aware and own their own cable modem you might be on a DOCSIS 2.0 version which will not allow the higher speeds that DOCSIS 3.0 offers. So in event that your cable company offers you a higher speed or increases your speed offering you might not be able to utilize unless you replace the modem. Your first option is to rent one from the cable company or option (like I did) is by it out right. For comparison DOCSIS 2.0 uses one channel of data gives downstream throughput (minus overhead) around 38 Mbits/s and upstream throughput at 27 Mbits/s. DOCSIS 3.0 use either 4 or 8 downstream channels and 4 upstream channels providing 152 to 304 Mbits/s downstream and 108 upstream throughput. The modem has been great and not complaints from the use I am getting out of it.

This is good, easy to use. Literally plug and play. The light is soooo bright, it lights up my entire condo.

Got this to replace my rental from ComCast and it's been working without any issues. Saves me monthly charges and has already paid for itself in just a few months.

This modem works great and saves me the monthly fees I was paying Time Warner cable. It will pay for itself in 8 months.

This modem has been around for over a decade and there is a reason for that. It just works and its cheap. Highly recommended even if they go out after a couple years of constant use. There is no better dollar to use ratio modem out there.

Paired it up with a good router.......time warner cable says up to 50mbps, I am getting 60 Mbps consistently off wifi alone

If your a gamer or any type of heavy internet user, I highly recommend buying this or a modem similar in quality. Not only does it save you having to pay your internet company a $5-$10 fee every month for using their modem, but this modem is WAY BETTER than the modem your internet company over charges you for. the modems the internet companies sell you or charge you to rent on a monthly basis are garbage, especially the modem/router combos are ever worse. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THIS

Great modem for higher Internet speeds. Good way to stay ahead of the curve if I need to upgrade my speed in the future.

I recently upgraded our entire home network setup. A Best Buy associate recommended this little modem, and I must say I have nothing to report about it. I mean this as the highest compliment, because it just works and does its job - no fuss, not hard to set up, and it has not given me any problems thus far. Recommended.

Purchased this because Time Warner is now charging a monthly fee to use one of their cable modems. Works great, no interruption of service, just make sure you have the MAC address handy and you have to call Time Warner before it'll work. It is not as simple as unplugging the old and replacing with the new. You MUST call your ISP first. But after that, its smooth sailing and money saving.

Product worked well with Time Warner service. Cost was good considering it is $10 per month to rent it from Time Warner.
