Great little unit. I replaced an older Docsis 2.0 Motorola surfboard with this and am very pleased with the results. Performance is great. The only negative point I have is that the blue LEDs on the front of the unit are extremely bright, lighting up my living room at night.

Purchased this item to go along with a new router system we were getting. The cost was economical and the size is great and fits comfortably on the office desk without taking up a lot of space. Our internet is working great since our purchase of the modem with the router system. I would highly recommend this modem.

Installation and activation were easy. The product has performed flawlessly so far and I believe it will continue to do so.

Just bought this Modem about a month ago from Best Buy and we like it so far! It was easy to set up and the internet speeds have been fast. I bought it because I have had good luck with Motorola Modems and was told that this one was quite reliable. I would recommend it!

So far I had it for 1 month so don't really have much to say about it but the only trouble a had was to sync with my wireless router it took me about 2 hrs but after that so far no problems

Easy enough to set up (just remember to call your internet provider so they can add the router address to their servers).

Just installed the surfboard with a apple airport extreme router. My internet speed and reach has increased substantially!

I purchased this modem about one month ago for two reasons. One was to replace the Cable modem that is old and beginning to fail. The second reason was this unit has great reviews. It was easy to install and has been working like a champ. Very pleased with this purchase and I'm no longer leasing the old modem from the cable company!!

This modem works well. Purchased this to replace my TWC modem when they started charging me for it. No issues to date.

This modem works perfectly. It will pay for itself in about a year, because the cable company charges for renting theirs.

Had this Modem for almost a year now and haven't had any problems. Internet runs a lot fasters since we switched to this.

Works perfect, and easy to install! These can be complicated, and I was impressed that it was set up and working in less than 20 min.

I chose the least expensive model available. Lot's of technical jargon provided by staff as to why I should buy the more expensive model. This one was easy to set up and it works. I used it to replace my comcast modem that I was paying a monthly rental for. This one seems better than the comcast modem and it is about 1/3 the size.

Did my homework and read reviews on several sites before I purchased. So far performance is excellent. No complaints!
