Works great with Comcast for Internet provider. Only time will tell how long it will hold up, or until 4.0 comes out.

Combined with good router offers better service than the rental from the cable company. Haven't had any problems so far

My cable company had no issue provisioning my modem's MAC address, and it's worked great since it was first installed.

Was able to connect it with no problem. The hardest part was working with Comcast, they take forever to do anything!!!

No issues with setting up on Comcast and it saves me the monthly nut from renting. It's fast too and worth it buying.

This is a great device, reasonably priced. Why would anyone continue to pay rental fees. I purchased it because of the reviews and TWC uses Arris modems in this area. It was easy to install and all I had to do after wiring it up was supply the MAC address to TWC and away it went. In hindsight if I had it to do over I would buy a unit with built in WIFI. One less adapter, one less unit and less cabling and wires. I was concerned about the lack of range in some of the reviews of units with built in WIFI.

I purchased this modem rather than renting the modem from the cable company. The one they rent you is garbage anyways... always having to restart it, etc. We have not had to do a single reboot on this modem since we purchased it and installed it. It is "future proof" at least for now. We have a CAT6 wired and wireless home network and the modem has been great. Very satisfied. Plus it looks great too.

Bought this modem so I would not have to rent from Comcast. It was very easy to setup. Pleased on how well it works.

I got this to replace my cable modem and so far it has worked very well. Speed is good and doesn't take up much room.

This modem works great, was easy to install and, although only in operation for a month, seems to be doing a fine job.

Mediacom is my ISP with this modem. Prior to upgrade I was getting 50Mbps down and like 2Mbps up. I didn't want to use Mediacom's modem they supplied as it had a built in Router and Wifi. I have a Nighthawk that was previously setup, so I purchased this modem after reading the reviews. It did take about 30 mins to get setup/bind to Mediacom's network, but that was partially my fault also. Anyways, my speeds post install were 120Mbps down and just shy of 20Mbps up. Two thumbs up!

Have had for over a month and to date no issues to report. Was definitely worth purchasing to get rid of my TWC modem.

We have not had any problems with this product. Our internet speed is much faster so far since we changed to this product.

I had the "rented" modem from Comcast. This modem is avast improvement and there have been no problems with compatibility.

Does the job. Using it with nighthawk r 8000 and they seem to working just fine.

This modem was purchased to replace another Great buy! Worked well with both Cox cable and now Comcast

What a difference a little more speed makes. Now I need to replace my Netgear router in order to use maximum speed.
