This is one of the best modems you can get for the price. It performs excellent and yes, it does work on Time Warner.

I was using the Comcast Modem / Router and since I have multiple gadgets accessing this, I found it difficult to have the same speed. This modem is awesome and really liked it.

I purchased to replace my TWC modem. My internet speed increasd to 10 Mbps more than what I was previously getting.

No problems. Works great. I don't have a lot a specific needs out of the modem, other than access and it does that.

I have had the SB6121 model for a number of years and then upgraded to this one when I moved to a new place. Works really well and have hardly had to reboot it; perhaps 2-3 times over a period of 15 months. Speeds are consistent and been mostly running problem free.

Speed is real good. Have not had any issues with this modem at all. Purchased to take advantage of higher ISP speeds.

If you are running turbo speed or below, this is a great modem. Fully supported and I've never had issues with them.

This is a great replacement for the TWC modem. Saving about $10/mo in rental fees from TWC using this instead of the TWC "provide" modem. I am using this with apples wireless router and all is working great. I had to call TWC and give them the MAC address and Serial Number of the modem so it could be recognized by TWC. Otherwise, it was as simple as plugging into the wall, screwing in the cable cord and bridging the modem and wireless router with the ethernet cord.

Don't consider myself a hardcore gamer but I do like to play both PS4 and computer games online. Router was very affordable for producing great and reliable speeds for what I pay for with my internet service. Very easy setup and start up process. Reset it every once and a while and haven't had a problem yet.

The Comcast modem wasn't cutting it as I'm sure many would agree. The surfboard has provided faster speeds for sure.

We purchased this for our daughter's college townhouse with three stories and 4 students. It was very easy set up and all four students were able to connect and start using their internet on the first try. It is powerful enough for all four students with laptops and smart phones as well as their friends smart phones when they visit.

I purchased a Motorola SURFboard DOCSIS 2.0 modem 4 years ago and it is still in great working condition. My cable company was offering higher speeds which required a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, so it was a no brainer to choose another Motorola SURFboard. It has been working flawlessly and I expect many good years of service with it.
