Great non-wifi modem

I contacted Time Warner, spoke with a technician, who told me everything was fine on their end, and that I should take the modem back to Best Buy. Upon further review, and Time Warner sent a technician to my place, it turned out that they never even connected the internet to our residence. Was perfect from the get-go.
