I purchased this modem to eliminate the rental fees from my Internet provider. I am very happy with this modem

Works great, easy to install and set up. The only downside was I had to spend time talking to my provider. Overall speeds are greatly improved over my previous modem.

Upgared my internet and needed a router....this product fit the bill perfectly. I highly recommend this router.

It works with Time Warner Cable. If you have standard speed Internet, you will want to purchase cheaper models. Online BestBuy store was cheaper than offline store.

install time was minimal and it is still working. The guy at Best Buy was helpful in the selection process.

I bought this when I opened a new time Warner cable internet service to use instead of paying 10 or so bucks a month to rent theirs. It works well and keeps up with the speed of my internet. I got this along with a wifi router because if one component dies I can just replace the modem instead of updating both.

Was very easy to set up. I had to call customer service because I didn't realize my ISP had to "accept" the new router but the customer service was great. We went from being able to use 2 devices on the internet at the same time to at least 6!!

Excellent and reliable cable modem. With Comcast Blast Internet i'm clocking over 125 mbps download speeds.

My TWC router was about 10 years old and just was not providing the bandwidth I was paying for. Bought this one and the performance has improved significantly (I'm actually getting what I am paying for now). Easy setup and and takes $5 off my TWC bill each month so it will pay for itself in less than a year.

The high speed cable modem was easy to set up and has performed admirably, not needing to be rebooted at all.

Modems aren't super sexy. They either work or don't. This one works fine; seems a good value for the money.

I use comcast and updating my modem to this solved alot of my issues

I have been using this cable modem at my home for nearly two years continuously. It has worked flawlessly.

This modem seems to be faster than my much older one. Smart TVs are loading programs faster.

It was super easy to set-up and it increased my download speed tremendously. I love to watch Netflix and YouTube videos on my HDTV, but my watching experience was anything but great with my old modem. I didn't realize how old my previously modem was until I connected the Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem. Now everything loads extremely fast with no lockups. Also, the price was a real bargain.
