I've had this modem for about 2 months and it was a huge upgrade from what I had. No problems to report.

Set up with cox cable at the house, easy set up and works perfectly

This modem works great with Xfinity. I haven't had any problems so far, the installation was simple and fast.

Had to upgrade for Comcast. Surfboard was easy to install. Support line was very responsive when we later had problems, which turned out to be cable provider-related.

This is actually my second time purchasing this same modem. Very simple to set up. And for the internet service available in my area, it's more than capable of getting me the best speeds possible. My last one lasted almost 3 years without any issues, which for the price is great for me!

Just needed to upgrade from docsis 2.0 to a 3.0. Salesman at store recommended it as more than sufficient for my needs. It appears to be performing as it should. I have not had any problems with it where it required a restart or any other issues. Super easy to install....just connected up cables and it connected right away to my wireless. Had installed for about 6 weeks as of this review.

This modem was very easy to setup. One call to my internet provider and few minutes later, it was done.

I purchased this modem after reading the raving reviews. I purchased this modem as an alternative to paying Comcast every month for their equipment. Like the rest of the reviews say it works much better and pretty much pays for itself after a couple months! If you do use this you will need to contact your Internet provider to give the serial number info off your modem or else the equipment will not work. So glad I decided to purchase my own, I've not issues with it and it's super easy to setup.

Great price. I use my computer for simple things so it does the job. Haven't had a problem with it yet.

Bought this modem to be used with Xfinity internet. They hooked it up without a problem and it has been working great for us without any issues! I would say that the lights on the outside of the modem are a little bright at night (we have ours in our bedroom) other than this, great modem!

I checked reviews on this item before I bought it and I agree with the overall rating. It was easy to set it up. I have it for over a month and it works without any issues. Only small detail that could be bothersome to some people is that the lights on the front side are so bright.

This product is quite suitable for my needs and I would recommend this for a budget buyer.

This is awesome, because it gives you the blazing speed that you are paying your cable company for. The rented modems are usually outdated, do not deliver maximum speed, and may function poorly. These are the experiences I had with Comcast and their All-in-One. I bought an Air-Port to go with this (never get an All-in-One) and I have full control of all settings and blazing speed. The Comcast modem lacked many basic features on the router side. This is well worth the money. It is easy to set-up and easy to use. The lights on the front even tell you which speed it is delivering to your device. However, if you have a phone line wrapped up with your cable internet, you are out-of-luck. This has no phone line. However, you will be hard pressed to find one that does and is on the "compatible list" with your service provider. Happy surfing!

I purchased this cable-modem to replace the one provided by Time-Warner. I hd this for about a month now and would say it stable. It allows HD streaming of two movies simultaneously(Netflix+Amazon Instant Video). I also use the Nighthawk AC1970 dual-band Wi-Fi router, whuch also handles any internet traffic through the cable-modem,12 devices total. I have a 25MBps Time Warner package and still no negative effect from switchig the cable-modem.

I purchased this modem so I didn't have to waste money renting Comcast equipment. So glad I did! Speeds are much faster, very easy setup. Just make sure you register the s/n and mac address with your provider or it won't work!

Just felt a need to stop renting cable from TWC. Bought my own will pay for itself in 8 months. Works great!

Does exactly what it says. Easy set up but you may have to have it activated by your ISP.
