It seems about the Same as the rental but it does work better .. Haven't had many issues so far ... Does really care for the constant flashing lights .. Try to turn it around so we don't see it .. Just means data is going through the it is what the company says .. Works fine

Great for calble modem

Easy to setup, just needed to give MAC address to provider. Has not failed once since I installed it. 5 stars was an easy choice. Recommend this item to anyone looking for a good cable modem connection.
