    My fault for not researching carefully but this modem has limited use. It can feed on one device via cable and to change devices the unit must be turned off, cable unplugged, unit turned on, cable re-plugged into another device. Best Buy return policy is now only 15 days and I did not put it into service quick enough so I'm stuck with it.

    I needed a new modem and chose to go with this surfboard. I read other reviews and compared this model with the two more expensive models. My internet maxes out at 50 Mbps so the more expensive models are yes faster but the speed of the internet will always determine the speed of processing and is just a waste of money. This is great for our family.

    I bought this on a recommendation from an employee, who also owned the same one; however, Time Warner recommended NetGear. After speaking to the Best Buy rep and his experience with other customer returns, I chose this one. Do yourself a favor, get this one. You won't be disappointed!

    Very limited issues or needs for having to reboot modem or reconnect devices like I have had in the past Concerned for span of area with our move to our new larger home, but it's working perfectly with very few interruptions of any kind based on this device

    I bought this to replace my old Motorola modem. My old modem was six years old and still working fine.But I decided to upgrade because Cox increased the bandwidth and recommended upgrade of older model modems. My cable provider wanted like $70 more than what I pad for it at Best Buy.
