We bought this modem when we wanted to replace our Comcast modem. Not a problem yet and we've had excellent internet speeds!

Since Comcast FORCED me to upgrade to a Docis 3.0 modem (no reason, not like their services work half the time anyhow), I bought this. Pretty simple plug-and-go.

Well I don't know if this is a good one or a decent one or a terrible one by comparison bc I haven't tried any others but it works fine and I haven't had any issues.

This model was recommended on several sites. It has delivered. No issues, no problems.

Works great so far. Easy to hook up, quick speeds, no issues.

If your are wondering if you should get your own modem, stop wondering and do it! Two big reasons that may help you: 1. I'm now saving the $5-6 per month the isp (time warner) was charging me. This pays for the modem in apprx 1 yr. 2. Getting better ping times, slightly better download speed and slightly better upload speed. So, I now have slightly better net stability and speed. 3. You get to laugh at the isp representative when they tell you their equipment is better or that other equipment wont work :-)

I was tired of renting this modem from comcast. It was easy to setup and the Internet activated just fine. I did have to call comcast though to move the phone service

What can I say? The little box does what it's supposed to do! Handles all the speed coming through the line with no problems at all.

Why pay the cable company to rent there modem if you can purchase.Works great. Love it.

This is one of the modems on the list that Time Warner gave me. It does the job. I am not that techie so I couldn't tell you about any bells and whistles it has.

Great buy when on sale. Handles the higher download speeds so I can get the most out of the internet service I'm subscribed to.

I'm not really familiar with Internet equipment. A friend recommends me this one, and it does a decent job. No problem found.

I honestly think this was a great investment and suggest that if you are currently renting your modem from Comcast that you save yourself some money and get this.

Works great for my Comcast service and is rated for speeds up to 150gb sec so it should handle very high speed internet service

This modem really did the job! Do your research at Best Buy. They know their business.

This product replaces xfinity modems that you rent for monthly fee. Why rent when you can own one. No problems with this modem

Purchased this to eliminate my monthly rental fee from my cable provider. Installed easily and was up and running in minutes.

Super easy setup did not even have to call my internet provider just hooked it up and restarted my computer, again SUPER EASY

Was an easy install. Followed directions provided and was up and running in no time.

We bought the Motorola Surfboard 6120, and it has served our needs so well! We are very pleased with it. Easy to install, compatible with Time-Warner cable service, great for our home network, Our home network is used for internet surfing, e-mails, watching You Tube videos. We don't really do a lot of video streaming of movies though.
