This a great modem. We have internet and voice from Comcast and this modem works great! Its nice and compact, and was very easy to install.

It does what it needs to do and I am happy with this Modem. I have internet and Voice with Xfinity and I am satisfied with the modem.

works as advertised and do not have to pay Xfinity their monthly fees.

This cable modem has been working well. I've been consistently getting over 700 Mbps using Xfinity gigabit. It's nice to have the phone port to use with the Xfinity service as well.

This modem was a fantastic replacement for a defective unit. It works wonderfully, and being an approved XFinity compatible device, it was easily added to the account.

Easy setup and use, so easy that my wife was able to replace our unit out with no help from me (she is not tech savvy when it comes to networking mindset).

Modem was a bit more expensive than usual, due partly to my requirement to need voice capability. Activation was not available online and required a cable guy to come to my home to activate. Once activated, it works fine.

Rather than renting from Comcast got this modem. Works great with the xFinity and have had less problems than what Comcast gave me before

i upgraded my xfinity speed to 600 mb/s? due to the rapidly growing list of wifi connected stuff in our home, and c/o slow xbox connectivity from my son... so, i needed to upgrade my modem otherwise i only got half the benefit from the increased xfinity speed. it's always a little bit of a chore to switch to a new modem, but wow! doubles my previous "blast" speeds! no more c/o from my son! my second arris modem, they work great!

It works great and as described. Very satisfied with purchase. Much better than Netgear products that we have purchased.

Replaced my current Comcast modem with this in order to take advantage of their higher speeds that require DOCSIS 3.1. Setup couldn't have been easier.

This doubled my internet speed over my previous Docsis 3.0 phone modem. A worthwhile upgrade.

Works well with my Xfinity internet and voice. Would be nice to have more ethernet ports but nothing an inexpensive internet switch will not solve.

The speed is good, I'm consistently getting the dowload and upload speed in my monthly plan. The setup was easy, plug and play.

Interested in saving on our monthly cable bills, this modem was a perfect choice. It provides our home and small business needs with the power we need to be efficient.

I have not had any problems with this product which is more than I can say about the one I rented from comcast.
