This is my second Arris T25. I exchanged the first one for this within a week. The internet connection drops at least once a week despite it showing high speeds. It says that it is certified compatible to xfinity but the instability of my WiFi connection worries me as I’m a teacher going full on distance teaching for who knows how much longer. I’ve lent countless hours with xfinity and Arris and even had 2 xfinity techs come by to check on my connection but it keeps dropping and needs to be restarted...a hassle for $200 saving on rental fees.
