It took me an hour to set up my router but this modems instructions were so unclear I never knew I had to call to set up a phone line on it.

Awesome.. Absolutely love my store I get all my TV and equipments there.

Easy set up. Thus modem was priced right and has so far appeared to stabilize my internet reliability. I was losing connectivity almost every afternoon and that issue has been solved.

Great product—however the serial # is fonted very small and 0’s and O’s are used interchangeably causing much confusion

I purchased an Arris Surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 Modem and a LINKSYS MAX-STREAM Router for my computer. The sales person (Tara) that helped me with purchase was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got the items home, hooked them up and have had no problems.

Excellent modem for the money. The next best modem that offers a telephone connection is nearly double the price.

The T25 is Simply the best telephony modem available for consumers that want to own their own modem vs renting from the cable companies

Standard cable modem. Nothing fancy about it. Does the job. Saves having to pay Comcast their $15 monthly fee. It's paid for itself.

I purchased this to replace my Xfinity modem and obtain greater wi-fi signal in my home. It works nice and pairs with the eero pods.

It's fine, it works, but it definitely took several calls to comcast to get it fully functional. Doesn't quite seem as nice as the netgear offering, but it certanly works well.

It's a good modem, but it uses a known bad Intel Puma chipset, which may lead to latency issues. If you don't care about the occasional jitter, this is a good modem to get.

I use Comcast cable services, but the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem did not work with my computer.

Replaced and older DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem with the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS3.1 to take advantage of Xfinity Voice service. Connected this modem to the existing WiFi router without any issues.

Purchased to add voice to existing internet service. Worked as expected, maintaining prior internet speed with voice functional and clear.

It is okay. but you will need a router which I did not know when buying.

Adding up costs of renting cable equipment over time is astronomical! The Geek Squad set up my modem; lower monthly cable bill! Works well & extended warranty too…
