Set up well, but ended up going with Starlink. Oh well

After following setup instructions, was not getting internet. Tested hardwire from cable modem to computer and to wireless router and no go. So I called Comcast for support and they set it up on their end and said I was good to go, but internet and phone not working. My router said there was no DHCP from ISP. Comcast said it was my gear, but then gave up and had the go back to their Advanced Gateway and it of course worked like a charm. I am sure there is nothing wrong with the modem, but for now stuck with still having to rent DOCSIS 3.1 modem for gig speed and phone needs.

Works as described. Hooked up to a Netgear AX router.

Aaris modems are the best. Great signal output to my router. Great price at $150.00. No longer pay Comcast monthly rental fees.

Wifi working much better than before and replaced an older modem

Bought this product to replace my prior Netgear modem with Xfinity. It is performing well, no dropped connections. I did have to call Xfinity for them to connect on their end because the app would not work. The only downside, it has 2 ethernet ports but you can only use 1 unless you set up the other one with Xfinity. Overall, would recommend as a good replacement.

Working very well - no more freezing work apps or programs. I did have professional set up so I can't attest to ease of set up.

Replaced the rented one from Comcast/Xfinity with this. You will need time with Xfinity technical support to get it going. The pain was trying to get through Xfinity call system. Approx. 4 attempts to reach a technical person, however, that person knew what they were doing. So far so good. Wish we would of done this years ago. Probably paid for at least several through rental prices.

Works like a charm. Much better than the ones provided by the internet provider.

Device works as it should. Very few modems with voice ti choose from for comcast

So far so good. My provider has been having trouble so I can’t the router for no caller-ID or lower speeds.

Works perfectly ! I did not know my previous modem was broken. Geek Squad Home Visit came and discovered the problem. All set now!

Searched for modem & router with telephone jack. Got this instead. No router. Tried to return. No luck. Product not what I asked for, Best Buy customer service no help.

I think all is well with our set up at this time. The experience of set up went very well!

We purchased this item only to find it was still connected to somebody else’s Wi-Fi, so therefore we had to return.
