    Broke within one year of purchasing. Just stopped working, lights would not even come on when plugged up. Took 90 minutes to get a replacement from Arris. Had to pay $50 for expedited shipping. Otherwise, I would have been without a cable modem for over a week.

    This is a truly terrible product. I have had it only a couple of weeks and it has stopped working and needed rebooting three times. I see other reviewers with the same complaint and wish I had read them first. Go with Netgear.

    Purchased this to replace an older router/modem.Followed the directions to set up .Seemed simple enough but wouldn,t work .Called the ARRIS support number . The tech support agents English was so bad we had to hang up.Will not be purchasing an ARRIS product again.

    I have had nothing but internet issues since getting this modem. I have Xfinity gigabit and I have nothing but problems. Consistently talking with a rep at Comcast and being informed that the modem has errors. Not sure what else I can do at this point.
