Defective product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke within one year of purchasing. Just stopped working, lights would not even come on when plugged up. Took 90 minutes to get a replacement from Arris. Had to pay $50 for expedited shipping. Otherwise, I would have been without a cable modem for over a week.

I have had it only a couple of weeks and it has stopped working and needed rebooting three times. I see other reviewers with the same complaint and wish I had read them first. Go with Netgear.

BAD EXPERIENCE

The tech support agents English was so bad we had to hang up.Will not be purchasing an ARRIS product again.

Nothing but issues

I have Xfinity gigabit and I have nothing but problems. Consistently talking with a rep at Comcast and being informed that the modem has errors. Not sure what else I can do at this point.
