I went from pulling over 500+ Mbps on my xfinity gigabit plan, to instantly getting over 850+. The thing that was a surprise was how fast every device got just by being connected to the internet. I'm not talking like web pages loading fast, but I mean it felt like a massive Ram boost. Completely changed my PS4 my s20+ galaxy and my Samsung laptop. A+

This Modem on Xfinity service is fast and very solid!

Works well enough. My old cable modem upped and died on me while my son was in a zoom class. I made an emergency purchase and this does as advertised. It's better than renting a modem from Xfinity (comcast). Easy setup. I like that there are two ethernet ports in the back. No complaints. No frills. Done and done.

This has been an amazing router and modem. And it is definitely faster uploads and downloads for speed. The hardest part was getting it activated through Xfinity!

I'm not a tech savvy person. I was tired of renting a cable modem so I purchased this when I switched Internet companies. It seems to be working well.

I bought this unit to replace the Xfinity modem I was renting from them for $15 per month. Cable and phone work great! This is a lot faster than the X1 modem (first version), and it is ready for when they upgrade internet connections in the future. This was $ we’ll spent.

I was always a Netgear buyer. I had a problem with the most recent Netgear CM1200 modem not connecting to the internet. I called the Netgear customer service, and they were of no help, so I purchased this Arris modem and connected with no issues.

This modem works really well with both the Netgear MESH system and the EEROS MESH system. Please know that this system does not work at all with the SPECTRUM system. I spent many hours trying to connect it to SPECTRUM but it didn't work at all. It works great with Xfinity though.

Very easy to setup with Xfinity. Would recommend if someone wants to ditch modem rental and save money

Great throughput!! Phone connection fit perfectly and setup was a breeze when calling in to Xfinity to activate.

This product worked as needed, with easy setup with Xfinity tech support. Just be sure to take a picture of the numbers and MAC number on the bottom of the device to assist with the setup and Xfinity.

Very satisfactory! Relatively easy to install and set up, works very well.

Huge improvement over our last, admittedly old cable modem/router. We have noticed a dramatic improvement in wifi speeds and quality of the signal. Very easy to set up and use, we just needed to call our service provider to have them finish the connection on their end.

Product is one of the few that works with Xfinity voice and is a modem. Only thing is that the second port out won't work. Had to plug into my router than run the internet port from the router to my desktop for the hardwire.

You can purchase this or rent it from comcast for $15.00 a month. It pays for itself in less that a year. Easy hook up, works great.

Easy install, up in 20 minutes. Phone call quality is good. Replaced older modem. Was hoping to attached this modem to both the wifi router and via Ethernet to a desktop computer but this is a bit above my skill level as it needs to be set up at the modem admin level.

This modem has worked as advertised to this point. It was purchased for my elderly mother so that she could have telephone service. It is the same brand device that we use in our home for internet connection, and was recommended by the Best Buy staff member I spoke with. The only issue I have with it is the price. It appears that in order to get voice capability for phone service, an expensive modem for internet service, which is unnecessary in my Mom’s case, is the only choice. This was the least expensive modem with voice capability that I could find. It has worked perfectly so far.
