Our internet is significantly faster since we installed this modem, but we lose connection frequently and have to reconnect. To be fair, we aren't sure if it is the modem or our provider. The installation instructions were quite lacking. We did call for support. Even though he was very nice, the agent's broke English and lack of knowledge were of no help to us.

Has been some time that I had this product Still going strong Wanted to purchase my own router I stead of having monthly rental bill from the cable.Could have purchased a cheaper one however did not want to again replace because the firmware is out of date Again had it for over a year and glad I purchased this one

Easy set up, compatible with XFinity, no issues so far.

I'm no techie but set up was relatively easy. Modem works well with Xfinity internet.

the only thing limiting bandwidth and transfer speed with this modem is your ISP I have the mid price range download speed from my ISP and getting 10+ GB/s above that ! 32 downstream and 8 upstream channels the only way to go. ARRIS is extremely reliable my 3rd over last 15 yrs only because I like to keep up with current bandwidth technology for my needs.

I purchased this modem to insure that I was receiving top speeds from cox internet. Simple set up and a quick call to cox to have it registered to my account. The status lights are quite bright, easy fix with a piece of black tape (modem is located in our bedroom)

I purchased this as a replacement for my previous modem that was about 5-years old an no longer supported by Comcast. I was having issues with the connection dropping from time-to-time so I decided it was time for a new one. The new one works great and I have been trouble-free since replacing it - and speeds are much faster as well!

I changed Internet providers and technology from DSL to cable and needed a different modem. I was going to purchase the least expensive modem I could find. My brother purchased this model cable modem and it delivered what I thought exceptional speed. No setup was needed on my part after the technician registered the modem with the provider.

Easy set up with my ISP provider. An upgrade over an older Arris Cable Modem which was a fatality during Hurricane Harvey aftermath. Overkill for the best available ISP service in my area but hopefully they will eventually catch up as they continue to upgrade service. Has performed flawlessly which is more than I can say for my ISP.

This was a great alternative to use instead of renting one from Comcast. This was relatively inexpensive and very simple to use. Just remember this is only a modem and NOT a combined modem/router like most internet/cable providers use these days. So, if you want the flexibility to pick your own wired/wireless router, this is a great option.

I bought this Arris device to replace the cable modem provided by my cable company, The performance os great and it saves my $15 every month

This is a really good quality DOCSIS 3.0 modem that gives good download speeds on a good internet connection. Since plugging this in and getting it set up on Comcast, I have not lost signal once. Download speeds are consistent, and throughput is excellent. You can't go wrong for the price either.

Faster than the cable company's and extremely easy to get set up

I was receiving less than what i was paying for with my interned service and decided to upgrade my ARRIS modem to this version and doubled my speed and now receive 300m vs 100m while paying for 250m.
