Works well, without issues

Indicators are a little brighter, but one can easily put it at a place where the lights dont bother. It runs cool, supports 7-8 devices. Well priced for its use. I used buy online pick up in store option from best buy, best way to shop from best buy.

One only lasted 57 days. I went back to this brand since I used an earlier model for 5 plus years and it still works well. I keep it as a back up in case mine fails. Also works well with comcast.

My only annoyance is the colors on the front lights are different than on the manual. I had to call in to confirm if something was wrong and they said they just changed the colors in manufacturing.

Chuck the Spectrum modem/combo and buy your own. This is the best way to maximize your internet service. Then pair it with a wifi 6 router to really get your subscription worth.

Quick and easy cable modem

Brought it home, hooked it up and was wondering how I was going to get the new MAC setup with Comcast when a pop-up window appeared on my laptop. Answered a question or two and I was on the air with the NEW and IMPROVED cable modem. THAT REALLY WAS EASY.

Best Modem Around!

After asking my brother-in-law’s opinion (works in IT) I wasn’t surprised he recommended this product. Easy set up and it works great! We have had no problems with anything and my gaming experience has enhanced!

Nice router for small apartment or home.

My home is a two story will finished basement. Sadly it would not cover enough with enough power to work for me. Still a great unit, just had too many restrictions for my application.

Checked with Comcast to see what modems would work. Found this Arris model and haven't had a problem since. Would definitely recommend.

So easy to set up - I did it in under a minute. After spending hundreds of dollars to rent a modem from Spectrum - who knew I could just replace with this one. Just remember to ask Spectrum to switch over to the new one.
