The Best Buy guy recommended this product and he was not wrong. So easy to set up - I did it in under a minute. After spending hundreds of dollars to rent a modem from Spectrum - who knew I could just replace with this one. Just remember to ask Spectrum to switch over to the new one.

This is plugged in along side and eero mesh net work and it works very well for a couple years almost at this point. I am very happy with this product and my Internet has improved greatly overall with 40 devices in the network at home.

Hands-down a very powerful and great modem. I purchased one after a helpful agent at the store recommend purchasing my own which would end up sending saving me money for renting the equipment for my cable provider. It works great and very strong to run my devices through.

That was easy. Got help from a store sales person on which modem to purchase. Brought it home, hooked it up and was wondering how I was going to get the new MAC setup with Comcast when a pop-up window appeared on my laptop. Answered a question or two and I was on the air with the NEW and IMPROVED cable modem. THAT REALLY WAS EASY.

This cable modem appears to work just fine (so far) with xFinity (Comcast), and was no problem to set up. The speed seems to be sufficient for my use. Note that I marked that I would not recommend this to a friend, since I can't leave it blank. This is my default selection for everything (especially when forced), unless it absolutely blows me out of the water.

I wqrk from home and when my existing Modem and Router gave me issues, I headed to Best Buy to look for a replacement. They had what I needed, and I am happily up and running again!

Had issues with rented Comcast equipment and technician wouldn't be out for more than a week. I ordered early one morning and it was ready to pick up when the doors opened. Easy installation (minus the two calls I had to make to Comcast to get my account to recognize my new equipment).

I have spectrum internet 400down/25 up .With the router that I have hardwired speeds are at 475 down and 25up. My. Box one s it was clocked at 600 down and 25 up hardwired. In all i recommend this modem just purchase a good router and you should be good to go

Got this when upgrading to 40/400 mbps on Suddenlink. Performance is as expected at 40/400 or above. I can still use this modem if I upgrade above this speed. I had to change some of my old cables, even though they were CAT 5e. Some worked, some did not.
