I was one more phone call or disconnected internet from being featured on the 5pm news here locally. I did curbside pick up, patiently waited to speak to someone at spectrum and haven't looked back. Stop leasing or renting a modem. Buy this and OWN it.

easy to setup, with spectrum, i didnt even have to call spectrum to help setup or do any changes.

Got this when upgrading to 40/400 mbps on Suddenlink. Performance is as expected at 40/400 or above. I can still use this modem if I upgrade above this speed. I had to change some of my old cables, even though they were CAT 5e. Some worked, some did not.

I had no issues with this model number. I originally purchased an older model number, but took it back and swapped it for this one. I'm glad I did, because I get much faster downloads compared to the older model (10x faster). I only gave it 4 stars, because sometimes I have to reset my modem when the Internet seems slow to get it to respond faster. This could be something on comcast's end, but I can't say for sure. I would recommend this model and would buy it again.

Top notch performance at a reasonable price good purchase

Hands-down a very powerful and great modem. I purchased one after a helpful agent at the store recommend purchasing my own which would end up sending saving me money for renting the equipment for my cable provider. It works great and very strong to run my devices through.

Easy set up and configuration. It works great with Mediacom.

Replaced the cable company's modem with this one and improved the speed of my service plus I don't have to pay the monthly fee any more... You have to call the cable company to set it up, but setup was fairly painless (~30-45 mins). Don't call them on your VOIP phone, or else you'll get disconnected during the setup. :)

That's all I can say. My cable modem died recently and looked for a better cable modem. I picked this model because it was on sale and it has 32x8 channels. I am now getting the full speed that my internet service provider is providing for my subscription which is 150Mbps. I was getting half the speed before with an 8x4 channel.

It works great. Easy to install and start up. Had it working within minutes from online startup xfinity offers.

This was an update/upgrade from my previous modem. It was very easy to set up and I was back online in in about 15 minutes. I have Spectrum cable for my ISP (formerly Time Warner) and you have to pick a modem from an approved list they offer. This was a great value for the money and somewhat future protected feature-wise.

Had issues with rented Comcast equipment and technician wouldn't be out for more than a week. I ordered early one morning and it was ready to pick up when the doors opened. Easy installation (minus the two calls I had to make to Comcast to get my account to recognize my new equipment).

Great Modem very fast , running always in good performance.

Great Modem. No problems with it as long as you alert signal provider to activate it. I have Xfinity signal provider. I had an older one it was worn out. I replaced it with a new one - same model.

Very compact and easy to set up. Price could be better.
