We love our new Arris 6190 cable modem. We are getting super fast speeds both up and down.

I had no issues with this model number. I originally purchased an older model number, but took it back and swapped it for this one. I'm glad I did, because I get much faster downloads compared to the older model (10x faster). I only gave it 4 stars, because sometimes I have to reset my modem when the Internet seems slow to get it to respond faster. This could be something on comcast's end, but I can't say for sure. I would recommend this model and would buy it again.

Replaced the cable company's modem with this one and improved the speed of my service plus I don't have to pay the monthly fee any more... You have to call the cable company to set it up, but setup was fairly painless (~30-45 mins). Don't call them on your VOIP phone, or else you'll get disconnected during the setup. :)

This was an update/upgrade from my previous modem. It was very easy to set up and I was back online in in about 15 minutes. I have Spectrum cable for my ISP (formerly Time Warner) and you have to pick a modem from an approved list they offer. This was a great value for the money and somewhat future protected feature-wise.

That's all I can say. My cable modem died recently and looked for a better cable modem. I picked this model because it was on sale and it has 32x8 channels. I am now getting the full speed that my internet service provider is providing for my subscription which is 150Mbps. I was getting half the speed before with an 8x4 channel.

I delayed purchasing the router and modem, but am very happy that I finally did. They work great - although pricey, it has decreased my monthly bill and will pay for itself in no time. The sales person was very helpful in directing me to the correct device.

It works great. Easy to install and start up. Had it working within minutes from online startup xfinity offers.

This product was very easy to set up and has corrected the issues we were having with our internet speed.

Real happy with my switch to Comcast for my cable provider. Wanting to purchase my devise rather than rent, I chose this Arris cable modem based on the great service I received at Best Buy. I am now watching our shows without the hassle of lagging and having to reset the device. That was annoying. Very pleased!

Great Modem very fast , running always in good performance.

Modem works great. You break even in about 7 months depending on what Comcast charges you. They can still assist when you have issues even though sometimes they say you can’t. You just have to call them to give them the serial numbers and stuff so they can activate it.

Very compact and easy to set up. Price could be better.

if a cop ever pulls you over for speeding and asks if you know how fast you were going just turn to them, make your eyes SUPER big and say "FAST!..." That's how fast this modem is. Wow. I'd rather this were in black though. I'm not a fan of the bright white box.

It's light. Sits upright. Few connections. My only issue was cost. These things are getting more and more expensive
