I bought this device to replace my Arris 6121, as Comcast said my old modem would no longer be supported. So far, I haven't seen any issues with it, nor did I have any issues with my old Arris device.. Installation and setup was simple and I was back online in about 15 minutes.

Was compatible with COX and provided a simple solution to setting up my parents' network.

Bought this to update my old surfboard which was only DOCSIS 2.0, if you are still using a DOCSIS 2.0 modem with your current internet provider you may not be getting the most speed available as companies are phasing out 2.0 modems. Upgraded to this and immediately noticed better speeds with Xfinity.

Works great with Xfinity cable. Maximum internet thruput 1000Gbps. More than you will ever need.

This was a good purchase. Of course I had to call Comcast to set it up, but once operational, this modem alone increased my internet speed from ~150 mbps to ~350 mbps! Same internet plan. Worth it.

It has been a pleasure to watch an movie without losing connection. The cable company was trying to get me to upgrade my internet but I purchased this instead and it fixed the issues I was having. Works great!!!

Even though with Gigabit is still a while away it is well worth it to buy this. It's $100 for a 16x4 and I got 35-45 Mbps with it but for an additional $50 you future proof yourself while experienced get super fast internet that pushed me into the 60s and as high as 73mbps. I may not even need gigabit

Picked this up to replace the cable modem provided by my internet provider. It was ready to go right out of the box. Confirmed the modem with the provider & I was online in no time at all. Happy with my purchase (& I don't have to pay rental on their equipment anymore!)

I thought I was having issues with another cable modem I owned, so I picked up this SURFboard SB6190. It is fast and ended up being an upgrade to the Zoom 5341J I replaced. Turns out my issue was with my own router, so the upgrade wasn't necessary. I'm ok with it, though. Great product!

I previously was using an Arris SB6141. When I complained to my cable company that I wasn't getting the speed I expected, they said it's the router I'm using. I upgraded to the SB6190 and sure enough I got more speed.

This replaced my ISP's piece of junk. It gives me all the throughput I can throw at it and it is very reliable in terms of up-time. I rarely have to restart it and usually only because I'm resetting my whole network.

We bought two of these for home and our other property. The first installation went flawlessly. But we haven't connected the second one yet due to a compatibility issue with our carrier.

Paired this with a Nighthawk router and things have been running flawlessly in my household. This modem doesn't have many bells and whistles, but that's okay because they're there on the router. Perfect modem for my set up and broadband speed.
