I have a 400mg down connection and around 25 wireless devices connected to my google mesh network and a network switch with multiple wired connections. This modem made my internet more efficient and actually fixed an issue that my ISP wouldn't even fix.

Works great! Dropped my Xfinity bill by $15 per month and got rid of the annoying Xfinity control app. This box has been rock solid delivering consistent performance and has needed no maintenance or upkeep.

Cable service provider updates necessitated the purchase of a new modem. Best Buy staff assited with locating the unit we needed to get up to date and enable the full potential if what we pay for. It's a night and day difference from what we had. Definitely satisfied.

This is the fastest modem readily available. Be aware that not all current cable systems are utilizing all the bonded channels currently, but will likely implement soon to get gigabit speeds over the current cable network. This is the best future-proof modem available right now.

We bought this modem because of Spectrum/ Time Warner wouldn't acknowledge our other modem for 100 mbsp...so we got this one to make sure we had no issues. Spectrum/ Time Warner do not make it easy for anyone who doesn't take their products. We beat them with this modem.

I decided to stop paying TWC/Spectrum rent for a modem so I purchased the Arris. It was very easy to set up and it works well. I have had it for a few years now and all I need to do is reboot it and my router about once a month and its good to go.

Much needed upgrade and glad I did it! Had an older Surfboard for over 5yrs and was very happy with it's dependability. So, choosing another Modem from ARRIS was a no brainer.

I previously used the Arris SB6141 modem which had 8 upload channels. The Arris SB6190 has 32 upload channels. By upgrading to the SB6190 my internet speed increased from 90 MB/sec to 100 MB/sec. I would recommend this modem if you want faster web surfing and downloading.

The supplied cable modem from my provider was old and incompatible with the eero mesh wifi system. There helpful support recommended this cable modem and after a bit of back and forth getting it activated by the internet provider everything has been working flawlessly.

We have actually purchased 2 of these now. One for my brother in law and for ourselves. Very happy with the performance and no need to reboot. Great alternative to paying rent to the cable company. Handles Spectrum's high speed internet just fine.

I did a bit of research for modems and found this one. It will meet not only my demands for bandwidth, but also my internet providers. Until I really need more than a 1GB connection, this modem should fit the bill. No issues!

WiFi runs amazingly fast with this modem. All the kids have iPads and smart TVs. Running computers, laptops, video games, and still have no issues. I paired this up with the Eero WiFi Mesh System and have no complaints!!!

A little expensive but worth it if you want fast speed with no lag. Also easy to setup

We bought this along with the google WiFi. Our speeds increased from 10-12mbps with Comcast (we were paying for 150mbps). We now get 125-150+ all over the house. While running 4+ TV’s on a football Saturday. Using Hulu and other streaming services.

Easy setup and just works. I did have to call Cox customer service to have it activated. Cox's online activation doesn't recognize modem purchased from retail stores.

Super simple to setup and a quick call to the cable company so they can activate my modem. Great, fast, and stable connection so far, and I have no complaints. Great product and highly recommend.

I used this modem to replace the modem that Charter sends for their internet system. It is the basis for my new linksys velop system and it works perfect! I did have to call charter and have them ping it for signal which only took moments and it has been great!

Much faster than company ones . I also brought the my own eero6 +Ax3000 and it worjs wonderful together.
