Good modem. Purchased a direct replacement for one that had a surge during a storm. We use it with a google mesh system and highly recommend.

Works as advertised. I wish there was a little cover for the lights because I have to have the modem in my bedroom. I know that's a really minor detail, but it's just a modem.

This is like the only gigabit modem that is always readily available in stores for purchase that's compatible with my ISP. This is my second one as my first one was fried in a thunderstorm. It would be nice if this had on board WiFi though.

My son first recommended this device and then I had the employee at the store review this device and others similar. It was evident to me that this would sufficiently meet our needs. Working great and no problems. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Arris modem worked with the Xfinity internet seamlessly. Easy setup. Only glitch was that I wanted it right away and even though my local Best Buy showed it in stock, it wasn't in stock when I arrived and I had to drive to the next closest store.

Updated to faster modem. Simple installation and runs smoothly.

I do a lot of gaming and streaming and I have multiple devices running on my internet at once and this modem does an outstanding job I had a modem router before I went through a couple and they would always crash would recommend get them separate

Things are up and running. I mistakenly purchased a combo modem/router before. Was unaware that was not a good choice. This works much better in combination with my Eero mesh network.

Easiest install ever. I mean, really. Plug in power, plug in coax. Done. I did then plug the modem to my router. Three steps and works perfectly. Added bonus is that I don't pay a service provider a monthly rental expense for their modem.

I replaced my Comcast modem with this, keeping the Comcast service. I had to call Comcast to get them to recognize the new modem, but otherwise the setup process was mindless. We've had several power outages due to storms and it reboots quickly.

Really like this modem. This is my second Surfboard. The first one couldn't handle the upgraded download speed of my ISP. Read reviews and talked to friends before purchasing. Totally satisfied. Just wish my ISP download speed was consistent.

My Arris-SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem provides fast downloads of movies I like. Little grandkids can be impatient with downloads. With no built in router, there is no signal confusion. I own it. I don't pay a rental fee.

This is rhe perfect match when you want a full control of tour network, if you are using your own router and access points, this stand alone modem matches with any good brand of network devices. Also you will stop paying monthly rent to your ISP.

Great value, works well mo complaints thus far. Purchased after my other broke of a different brand but so far so good.

This is a replacement for a Netgear 16x8 DOCSIS 3.0 modem on my Xfinity network. Night and day difference...very pleased. The Netgear had replaced an out of date Motorola....shame on me.

My old Router gave out on me. Called the cable company and ask a tech. what they would recommend. They recommend the Arris 3.1, or the Arris 3.0 Best Buy didn’t have 3.1 in stock. Looked at reviews online. This one had good reviews. Easy setup.

Buy the newest technology you can afford. Especially when it is already priced right. It worked and lives up to that which was advertised. It is virtually the same modem offered by the cable providers, but faster and you don't have that monthly rental fee.
