I would recommend this modem to anyone who wants High Speed Internet and or fast streaming! Do Not Use The Providers Modem! The ISP Provider Controls their modem by altering the Init Strings in the modem to restrict your data speeds. They cannot do this to a Privately Owned Modem due to FCC regulation of Modem Init String Tampering! You want the speed you pay for? Buy this FAST Arris Modem! Highly Recommended!

This device was very easy to set up and works perfectly.

The Modem is fairly basic in terms of the indicator lights but it works well and gets me 300 Mbps. Obviously I have a high end ISP that provides me with that speed and this modem is a champ as maintaining it. Up stream is great too with room to grow. This is a great modem to own if you think you may have gigabit internet coming to your area soon since it can handle so many channels at once. Not exactly Cisco quality but I'd recommend it.

This modemn was easy to connect and is compliant with Xfinity wifi. It appears to be reliable without disconnecting often.

I purchased this modem to both upgrade my cable company supplied modem and to cease paying rental fees. After installing it, I immediately noticed a major change in downloading and uploading speeds. I also received much better range with my wifi enabled devices. The cable company representative told me that in his experience the modem is "one of the best out there." I would highly recommend the unit based upon my experience with it.

This is a very good, reliable, easy set up modem. Plug and play. No issues or difficult setup.

I thought long and hard about buying a $300 DOCSIS3.1 modem, but decided that they just weren't ready for prime time yet. Instead, I spent $100 on this guy and am getting speeds averaging 230-240 Mpbs on Comcast via hardwire connection. I don't regret not future proofing - I'm sure I'll get the latest and greatest and 4-5 years. This connected to Comcast with the typical activation call and was ready to go in about 10 minutes.

Nice modem. Works properly. Hookup is easy and simple, just call the cable company to let them know you have your own modem and stop paying that rental fee.

Compatible with Spectrum cable service. I found the modem cost effective and an easy installation.

Over the years I have had nothing but problems with Cableone's modem. They always had an excuse and traded out modem after modem. I had issue after issue. I finally decided to buy a modem and chose this model upon a recommendation of store clerk. He said to also get the NETGEAR - Nighthawk DST AC1900 and my problem should be fixed. A month later I have had NO issues . ... NONE! I would highly recommend these products.
