I don't quite know how to rate this. It's not like it's a car with a lot of features and characteristics to use it... It's a modem, it works, it achieves my full allotted internet speed. I can play stadia perfectly well with it and my router... I don't have internet blackouts for my devices.... It seems perfect!

Works better than our old one, easy to get up and running.

Easy to install and seems much more efficient and quick to get on line at the house.

Worked out of the box like a champ with charter. Sales person talked me into the cheaper one and I'm glad he did. The one I had was over 200.00 and stopped working with spectrum. This little beast knocked it out of the park for me.

Have noticed increased speeds in my house. This modem really does a great job.

This is the perfect modem for anybody was a high-speed ISP provider such as Comcast I am I currently have Comcast and I am able to push almost 350 mix down as well as 30 to almost 35 megs up but dad is currently with my 250 extreme package so with this modem I am almost adding an additional hundred megs just with the modem all alone but I also highly recommend that you also grab a router that supports this high-speed modem

Very good quality performance from a name most trusted and widely used by cable/internet providers. This model is fine for most in-home purposes, and competes well with all similarly specified consumer grade models available.

I was more than satisfied with my Zoom modem. Have had bad experiences with Surfboard models in the past. I upgraded internet so thought I would try just to see if there was an improvement. I work from home and run voice over my ip connection. This modem rocks! It has more channels of download than my Zoom but it is absolutely consistent. Would buy again!

I purchased this cable modem based on a prior purchase of an earlier version of the same ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS cable modem. It automatically boots up, connects to the cable service and internet. Once a laptop or other device is connected to the router connected to this modem, it is good to go! Our ISP download speed is 55 Mbps, so this modem can easily handle that and more. Highly recommended.

Have Comcast extreme 250 but was only ever getting 50mbs. I would have the occasion drop of service and need to reset all equipment. After the switch I get upto 175mbs evens with multiple devices. Also got better router to compliment modem

REALLY GOOD PRODUCT. Was able to get fast speeds and ZERO downtime like I had with the Comcast modem. Would suggest this to everyone. It does not have its on router which is why I choose it. I choose it because I wanted two separate units. That way if one goes out, I only have to replace that one individual unit. GREAT UNIT! NO ISSUES!

Immediately noticed a difference in speeds of the internet and pretty easy to install.

I got this modem so I wouldn't have to get another for several years. So far it performs flawlessly, aside from taking a while to boot up after being unplugged. Only limiter in my internet right now is the actual lines coming into the modem. My router is also high quality of match to this modem so my home network is blazing fast with no problems. Going to be a while before this modem is bottlenecking anything.

It was a good price and works great. Would recommend it to anyone.
